Il sollevatore elettrico è stato pensato per un semplice sicuro e rapido montaggio delleunità esterne in luoghi scomodi.
Il nuovo sollevatore permette di realizzare installazioni dell’unità fino ad una distanza minima di 45 cm da sottotetti
o tetti, il tutto senza che l’operatore debba fare alcuno sforzo per sollevare la macchina esterna fin sopra la staffa
quindi lavorando sempre in sicurezza.
Grazie alle pratiche manopole per il fissaggio, ai 4 piedini di regolazione a muro, al verricello elettrico con pulsantiera,
il sollevatore elettrico Tecnosystemi permette la posa in opera di unità esterne sulle staffe modello KEPLERO “SKP”,
KEPLERO “SKP-ECO”, GIOTTO “SG”, CLASSIC “TSMC”, KEPLERO “PALACE” E GIOTTO “PALACE”
/ The electric lift has been designed for a simple and quick installation of the units external in inconvenient contexts. The new
lift allows for installations of units up to a minimum distance of 25 cm from attics or roofs without the operator having to
make any effort to lift the outside machine to above the bracket, so always working in safety.
Thanks to the convenient knobs for fixing, to the 4 adjustable feet on the wall, to the electric winch with pendant, and to
accessories such as the “STANDARD model bar kit for brackets”, the “GIOTTO model bar kit for shelves” and “GALILEO model
bar kit for brackets”, the Tecnosystemi electric lift allows for the installation of external units on the brackets of the models
KEPLERO “SKP”, KEPLERO “SKP-ECO”, GIOTTO “SG”, CLASSIC “TSMC”, KEPLERO “PALACE” and GIOTTO “PALACE”
Durante le operazioni di montaggio delle mensole sui bracci reggi mensola l’operatore non deve mai sostare o
transitare al di sotto del carico sospeso, avendo cura di tenere una posizione laterale alle due staffe e mai per nessun
motivo centrale.
ATTENZIONE
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di sollevamento, assicurarsi che il sollevatore sia perfettamente fissato e
messo in opera secondo le istruzioni riportate in questo libretto e nel libretto a corredo del paranco elettrico “PA 200”.
È obbligatorio l’utilizzo di dispositivi di protezione dell’udito durante le fasi di utilizzo del paranco.
È obbligatorio utilizzare esclusivamente le cinghie in dotazione al paranco per ancorare l’unità esterna al gancio di
sollevamento. È fatto divieto assoluto di utilizzare altri sistemi di ancoraggio.
La macchina va utilizzata in ambienti protetti dall’umidità, dalla pioggia e dalle intemperie.
Nel caso si presenti la possibilità del transito di persone nella zona di azione del paranco è obbligatorio segnalare il
potenziale pericolo con apposita segnaletica.
È obbligatorio non lasciare mai il carico incustodito in fase di sollevamento.
Questa macchina è stata studiata per il sollevamento delle motocondensanti, pertanto è vietato l’uso del sollevatore
per qualsiasi altro tipo di utilizzo.

prohibited to use other anchoring systems.
The machine should be used in environments that are protected from moisture, rain and bad weather.
Should it be possible that persons transit in the hoist area, the potential danger must be reported with appropriate signs.
It is mandatory to never leave the load unattended during lifting.
This machine has been designed for lifting condensing units so it is forbidden to use the lift for any other use.
CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE

Per l’installazione della motocondensante con il sollevetore elettrico in punti disagiati (sottotetti, travi, sporti, ecc.),
posizionare le due alette “N” e “M” sui fori preposti “W” e “Q” (vedi foto A), svitandole dalla posizione originale e
fissandole al nuovo punto di ancoraggio. In questo modo si riduce notevolmente l’ingombro del sollevatore nella parte
superiore, permettendo di installare l’unità estrema più in alto rispetto alla posizione standard.
ATTENZIONE!
Per questo tipo di posa in opera le mensole e le staffe vanno montate sul braccio porta mensola
dopo che l’unità esterna è stata sollevata no al ne del paranco.
To install the condenser unit with the electric lift in awkard contexts (lofts, beams, jutting objects etc.), position the two fins
“N” and “M” on the holes “W” and “Q” (see photograph A), unscrewing them from the original position and fixing them to the
new anchor point. Thus the volume of lift’s upper part is considerably reduced, thereby allowing the upper unit to be installed
higher up than with the standard position.
ATTENTION!
For this type of installation, the shelves and brackets must be mounted onto the shelf bracket after the outdoor unit has
been raised to the end of the hoist.

EXAMPLE
1. Prima di fissare la staffa a muro inserire nello scanso della barra a muro n°02 piastrine filettate in corrispondenza
delle asole “x” e “y” (vedi fig.1)
2. Procedere quindi inserendo il particolare “D” nel particolare “A” in senso verticale (vedi foto 5). Successivamente
posizionare il particolare “A” sulla barra della staffa dall’alto verso il basso (vedi foto 2), inserendo i 2 denti
di aggancio nei due fori, predisposti a questo scopo, posti sopra le asole. A questo punto il particolare “A” è
solamente agganciato alla staffa (vedi foto 3).
3. Per fissare il particolare “A” alla staffa utilizzare le 2 manopole nere in dotazione, avvitandole sulle piastrine
filettate precedentemente posizionate dietro la barra a muro. (vedi fig.4)
4. Posizionare quindi il particolare “B” nel particolare “D” orizzontalmente (vedi fig.5)
5. Inoltre ricordarsi sempre di inserire le apposite spine di sicurezza per mantenere accoppiati in sicurezza i
particolari “A”, “B” e “D”.
6. Regolare la messa in bolla del paranco agendo sulle 4 manopole di regolazione posizionate alle estremità del
particolare “A”, facendo in modo che tutte e 4 premano leggermente contro la muratura. Verificare la corretta
tenuta del sistema prima di procedere al sollevamento del carico. Prima di passare alla fase di alimentazione
della macchina assicurarsi della perfetta stabilità e fissaggio della macchina.
7. Alimentare il motore mediante la presa a 220 volt.
8. Posizionare la barra (particolare “C”) sopra la motocondensante, (vedi fig. 6), fissare la macchina alla barra
mediante le 2 cinghie in dotazione. (per il serraggio delle cinghie vedi le istruzioni in allegato). ATTENZIONE! Le
cinghie devono passare internamente ai piedini della macchina per evitare possibili scivolamenti delle stesse
verso l’esterno.
9. Per effettuare una prima prova di sollevamento utilizzare la pulsantiera di comando. Per sollevare il carico premere
e mantenere premuto l’interruttore di salita della pulsantiera; per abassare il carico premere e mantenere premuto
l’interruttore di discesa della pulsantiera; il paranco si arresta rilasciando i pulsanti oppure, automaticamente,
quando si raggiunge la massima altezza di salita. Sollevare di pochi centimetri l’unità esterna. Verificare poi
il perfetto equilibrio della macchina; nel caso la macchina sia obliqua far scorrere il gancio ad occhiello lungo
l’asola del particolare “C” fino a trovare la perfetta planarità della stessa. Verificare che durante la salita la fune
metallica si avvolga su tutta la lunghezza del tamburo. ATTENZIONE! È vietato sostare sotto ai carichi sospesi.
10. Sollevare la macchina fino a quando il basamento dell’unità esterna supera o al minimo coincide con la sede di
fissaggio delle mensole.

11. Posizionare le mensole della staffa in posizione orizzontale e abbassare la macchina fino a farla appoggiare
sulla staffa; (vedi foto 7) procedendo poi con il fissaggio della motocondensante mediante gli antivibranti con
viti in dotazione. ATTENZIONE! Prima di staccare il paranco dall’unità esterna assicurarsi che la stessa sia
fissata correttamente alla staffa mediante le viti in dotazione.
12. Per lo smontaggio del sollevatore eseguire le operazioni in senso inverso.
1. Before fixing the bracket to the wall, insert the 2 threaded small plates into the recess of the bar on the wall level with
slots “x” and “y” (see fig.1)
2. Now insert part “D” into part “A” vertically (photograph 5). Now put part “A” onto the bracket’s bar moving from high
to low (photograph 2) inserting the 2 coupling teeth into the two appropriate holes you will see above the slots. At this
point part “A” is only attached to the bracket (photograph 3).
3. To secure part “A” to the bracket, use the 2 black knobs supplied, tightening them onto the threaded small plates that
you must first position behind the bar on the wall. (see fig.4)
4. Now position part “B” into part “D” horizontally. Remember also to always to insert the dedicated safety pins to keep
parts “A”, “B” and “D” safely coupled.
5. Adjust the hoist’s levelling with the 4 adjustment knobs at the ends of part “A”, so that all 4 press lightly against the
masonry. Check the system is correct and firm before attempting lifting. Before turning on the machine, make sure it
is perfectly stable and secured.
6. Power the motor from a 220 volt socket.
7. Position the bar (part “C”) above the condenser unit, (see fig. 6), secure the machine to the bar bar using the 2 straps
(supplied). (on how to secure the straps, see the enclosed instructions). ATTENTION! The straps must pass inside the
machine’s feet to stop them from sliding outwards.
8. To perform a first trial lift, use the control pushbutton. To lift the load, on the pushbutton panel, press down
the lifting switch (and keep it pressed); to lower the load, click the lowering switch of the pushbutton panel
and keep it pressed; the hoist stops, releasing the push-buttons or, automatically, when it reaches maximum-lift height.
Lift the outdoor unit a few centimetres. Now check that the machine is perfectly stable; if the machine is not level,
slide the eyelet-hook along the slot of part “C” until it is perfectly level. Check that, during lifting, the metal cable winds
around the full length of the drum. ATTENTION! Stand clear of suspended loads.
9. Lift up the machine until the base of the unit external meets or is higher than the position for shelves-securing.
10. Position the shelves of the bracket horizontally and lower the machine to make it rest on the bracket; (see photograph
7) now fasten the condenser unit with the screws supplied. ATTENTION! Before separating the hoist from the outdoor
unit, make sure that the unit is fixed correctly to the bracket with the screws supplied.
11. To disassemble the lift, perform the operations in reverse order.

SMALTIMENTO
DISPOSAL
Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve essere smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani. Può essere
consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle amministrazioni
comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio. Per rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire
separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio del contenitore di spazzatura
mobile barrato.
At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of with household waste. It can be deposited at
a dedicated recycling centre run by local councils, or at retailers who provide such a service. To highlight the
requirement to dispose of household electrical items separately, there is a crossed-out waste paper basket
symbol on the product.
GARANZIA
WARRANTY
La garanzia ha durata di 1 (uno) anno a decorrere dalla data di consegna indicata sul d.d.t (bolla). E’ prevista altresì
l’estensione d’ufficio, a titolo gratuito, per il secondo anno (due anni complessivi di garanzia) con decorrenza sempre
dalla data indicata nel d.d.t di consegna (bolla).
L’azienda fornitrice garantisce la qualità dei materiali impiegati e la corretta realizzazione dei componenti. La garanzia
copre difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione e si intende relativa alla fornitura dei pezzi in sostituzione di qualsiasi
componente che presenti difetti, senza che possa venir reclamata alcuna indennità, interesse o richiesta di danni.
La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
• trasporto non idoneo;
• installazione non conforme a quanto specificato in questo manuale di installazione uso e manutenzione;
• la non osservanza delle specifiche tecniche di prodotto;
• quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il reclamo del cliente
sia coperto dalla garanzia e notificato nei termini e modalità richiesta dal fornitore, lo stesso si impegnerà, a sua
discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto o le parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
The warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date indicated on the delivery note / waybill.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of the components. The
warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers to the supply of spare parts of any components
featuring defects, without any compensation, interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to:
• incorrect transportation;
• installation not compliant with that specified in this installation, use and maintenance manual;
• non-observance of product technical specifications;
• Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the
customer complaint is covered by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and
in the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion,
to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.
