Descrizione
Stampante su carta termica per sistemi di parcheggio con collegamento tramite PC,
progettata per la stampa e la lettura di ticket.
Questo prodotto è stato studiato anche per sistema di distribuzione dell'alimentazio-
ne IT con tensione tra fase-fase di 230 V.

Avvertenze generali
L’installazione deve essere effettuata da personale qualificato ed esperto e nel
pieno rispetto alle normative vigenti. È vietato utilizzare il prodotto in modo improprio
o per scopi diversi da quelli previsti.
Installazione
Assicurarsi che il PC sia spento. Collegare la stampante alla presa AC con il cavo di
alimentazione. Collegare la stampante al PC con il cavo seriale RS232. Accendere il
PC e la stampante.
Caricamento ticket
Con la stampante accesa, inserire i ticket nella guida con il lato termico rivolto verso
l'alto.
Stampa e lettura ticket
La stampante emette i ticket dalla Slot ed esegue anche la lettura inserendo i ticket
nella stessa Slot.
Rimozione di ticket inceppati
Per risolvere l'inceppamento dei ticket, spegnere e riaccendere la stampante. Nel
caso non fosse sufficiente, spegnere e scollegare la stampante, rimuovere la cover
utilizzando la chiave in dotazione per la serratura e muovere manualmente i rulli.
Prima di rimuovere la cover, indossare dei guanti di protezione.

LED spento: stampante spenta
LED acceso: lettura/stampa in corso
LED lampeggio regolare: stampante in attesa/pronta
LED lampeggio flash: errore/inceppamento ticket

Description
Printer designed for printing and reading tickets on thermal paper, connected to a
PC for managing parking facility control systems.
This product was designed also for use with IT electrical systems with phase-phase
voltage of 230 V.

General warnings
Installation must be carried out by qualified, experienced personnel in full complian-
ce with applicable regulations. It is forbidden to use the product for purposes other than
those envisaged or in an improper manner.
Installation
Make sure the PC is switched off. Use the power cable to connect the printer to the
AC outlet. Use the RS232 serial cable to connect the PC to the printer. Switch on
the PC and the printer.
Loading tickets
When the printer is powered, insert the tickets with the thermal side facing upwards
in the relative guide.
Printing and reading tickets
The printer emits the tickets from the slots and also reads them when the tickets are
inserted in the same slot.
Removing stuck tickets
Switch the printer off and back on using the power switch to solve the problem. If
this is not sufficient, switch off the printer and unplug it. Use the customised keys to
open the lock and remove the rollers by hand.
Before removing the lid, put on protective gloves.

Общие требования безопасности
Монтаж должен производиться квалифицированным персоналом в
полном соответствии с требованиями действующих норм безопасности.
Запрещается использовать изделие не по назначению или в целях, отличных
от указанных.
Монтаж
Убедитесь в том, что компьютер выключен. Подключите принтер к сети
электропитания с помощью кабеля. Подключите принтер к компьютеру с
помощью кабеля последовательной передачи данных RS232. Включите
компьютер и принтер.
Загрузка билетов
После включения принтера вставьте билеты термостороной, обращенной
вверх, в соответствующий направляющий лоток.
Печать и считывание билетов
Выдача готовых билетов осуществляется через щелевое отверстие; в него
же билет помещается для считывания.
Удаление застрявших билетов
Чтобы вытащить застрявшие билеты, выключите и включите компьютер.
Если этого оказалось недостаточно, выключите принтер и отсоедините
его от сети электропитания. Снимите корпус, открыв замок прилагаемым
ключом. После чего вращайте ролики вручную до тех пор, пока билеты не
будут освобождены.
Перед снятием корпуса наденьте защитные перчатки.
Светодиодный индикатор состояния
Отключенный светодиодный индикатор: принтер выключен
Включенный светодиодный индикатор: идет считывание/печать билета
Нормальное мигание светодиодного индикатора: принтер в режиме
ожидания/готов к работе
Яркое мигание светодиодного индикатора: ошибка/застревание билета

Instructions générales
L’installation doit être effectuée par du personnel qualifié et dans le plein respect
des normes en vigueur. Il est interdit d'utiliser le produit de façon impropre ou à des
fins autres que celles prévues.
Installation
S'assurer que le PC est bien éteint. Connecter l'imprimante à la prise AC à l'aide du
câble d'alimentation. Connecter l'imprimante au PC à l'aide du câble série RS232.
Allumer le PC et l'imprimante.
Chargement des tickets
Introduire les tickets, avec face thermique vers le haut, dans le logement spécifique
de l'imprimante allumée.
Impression et lecture des tickets
L'imprimante émet les tickets à travers la fente et effectue également la lecture des
tickets introduits dans cette même fente.
Retrait des tickets coincés
Pour décoincer les tickets, éteindre et rallumer l'imprimante. Si les tickets restent
coincés, éteindre et déconnecter l'imprimante, enlever le couvercle à l'aide de la clé
fournie pour la serrure et déplacer manuellement les rouleaux.
Avant d'enlever le couvercle, enfiler des gants de protection.
Voyant de signalisation
Voyant éteint : imprimante éteinte
Voyant allumé : lecture/impression en cours
Voyant à clignotement régulier : imprimante en attente/prête
Voyant à clignotement fort et rapide : erreur/coincement des tickets

désinstaller et les remettre aux entreprises autorisées à les récupérer et à les éliminer. NE PAS JETER
