1. About this instruction manual

the sauna. This ensures that you can refer to information regarding the function

and installation at any time.

2. Important information for your safety

TheCP-RC-AFauto-rellsethasbeenmanufacturedinaccordance

with the applicable safety regulations for technical units. However,

hazards may occur during use. You should therefore adhere to

thefollowingsafetyinformationandthespecicwarningsinthe

individual chapters.

2.1. Intended use

TheCP-RC-AFauto-rellsetenablestheevaporatortankinthe

Concept R combi sauna heater or the Concept R auxiliary evapo-

ratortobeautomaticallyrelled.TheCP-RC-AFauto-rellsetis

suitable for the following models:

●CP-RC-090

●CP-RC-105

●CP-25-STP

Any use exceeding this scope is considered improper. Improper

use can result in damage to the product, severe injuries or death.

2.2. Safety information for the installer

●Thexedwaterconnectionshouldbeinstalledonlybyaqualied

installeroracomparablyqualiedpersonaccordingtothelocal

provisions of the responsible water company.

●The provisions of EN 61770 and EN 1717 must be observed.

Appropriate measures must be taken to ensure that water cannot

owbackintothedrinkingwatersystem.

●Ashut-ovalvemustbettedbetweenthexednetworkandthe

auto-rellset.Incaseofextendedperiodsofnon-useofthexed

waterconnection,theshut-ovalveshouldbeclosed.

3. Product description

3.1. Scope of delivery

3.2. Product functions

Theauto-rellsetworksbasedontheprincipleofllinglevelmeas-

urement. If the level of the water in the evaporator tank drops, the

oatlosesbuoyancyandthereforeopensthewatervalveonthe

auto-rellunit.Thisvalveensuresthatfreshwaterowsintothe

evaporatortankuntiltheoatrisesandmakesthewatervalve

close again.

●Observe the minimum and maximum supply water pressure speci-

edinthetechnicaldata(see11. Technical data on page 12).

●A drain must be located at the bottom of the sauna room in case

the water line is damaged or begins to leak.

●For the connection, only use the hose set included or one obtained

from customer service. Under no circumstances should you use

existing or previously used hose sets.

●For your own safety, consult your supplier in the event of prob-

lemsthatarenotexplainedinsucientdetailintheinstallation

instructions.

4. Installation and connection to sauna heater

Concept R combi

Please take the following points into account when installing and connecting the

auto-rellunit:

●Work should only be performed on the sauna heater once it has cooled down.

4.1. Preparing the sauna heater

●Make sure that the sauna heater has completely cooled down and remove

the ceramic bowl for herbs and aromas 1.

●Remove the steam funnel 2 located under the evaporator tank.

●Remove the strut 3 with a suitable screwdriver.

WARNING!

Risk of electric shock

●The sauna heater may only be installed and connected when the

power supply is disconnected.

4.2. Installing the auto-rell unit

1. Feed the water inlet pipe 3 through the installation opening next to the

evaporator until the ball valve is visible at the bottom.

2. Remove the sealing cap of the evaporator tank connection 6.

3. Placetheatseal4 into the union nut on the evaporator tank inlet pipe 5.

4. Connect the evaporator tank inlet pipe 5 to the evaporator tank connec-

tion 6.

5. Placetheauto-rellunit7 into the installation position intended.

6. Screwontheauto-rellunitinfourplacesusingthescrewsprovided.

5. Installation and connection to auxiliary evaporator

Concept R

Please take the following points into account when installing and connecting the

auto-rellunit:

●Work should only be performed on the auxiliary evaporator once it has cooled

down.

5.1. Preparation of the auxiliary evaporator

●Make sure that the auxiliary evaporator has completely cooled down and

remove the ceramic bowl for herbs and aromas 1.

●Remove the steam funnel 2 located under the evaporator tank.

●Remove the strut 3 with a suitable screwdriver.

5.2. Installing the auto-rell unit

1. Feed the water inlet pipe 3 through the installation opening next to the

evaporator until the ball valve is visible at the bottom.

2. Remove the sealing cap of the evaporator tank connection 6.

3. Placetheatseal4 into the union nut on the evaporator tank inlet pipe 5.

4. Connect the evaporator tank inlet pipe 5 to the evaporator tank connec-

tion 6.

5. Placetheauto-rellunit7 into the installation position intended.

6. Screwontheauto-rellunitinfourplacesusingthescrewsprovided.

6. Connecting the water inlet pipe

●Connecttheon-sitexedwaterconnectiontotheballvalveonthewater

inlet pipe 3.

►Observe the information regarding water pressure when doing so

(see11. Technical data on page 12)

►Ashut-ovalvemustbemountedbetweenthexednetworkandthexed

water connection, and it should be closed when not in use.

7. Function test

1. Turn on the on-site water inlet pipe fully.

2. Open the ball valve of the water inlet pipe fully.

► Theevaporatortankllsupwithwater.

►Oncethemaximummarkisreached,theevaporatortankstopslling

up automatically.

3. Start the evaporator.

►Whenthewaterlevelintheevaporatortankdrops,theauto-rellunitlls

it up with water automatically.

8. Troubleshooting

Iftheevaporatortankdoesnotllupautomatically,checkthewaterpressureofthe

on-sitexedwaterconnectionandthattheoatmovesfreelyintheauto-rellunit.

► Iftheoatdoesnotmovefreely,checkforanyobstructionsordirt.

►If the problem persists, consult your customer service specialist.

10. Disposal

●Dispose of packaging materials in accordance with the applicable

disposal regulations.

●Used devices contain reusable materials, as well as hazardous

substances. Do not dispose of your used device with household

waste, but do so in accordance with the locally applicable regula-

tions.

2. Wichtige Hinweise zu Ihrer Sicherheit

DasAuto-Rell-SetCP-RC-AFistnachanerkanntensicherheits-

technischen Regeln gebaut. Dennoch können bei der Verwendung

Gefahren entstehen. Befolgen Sie deshalb die folgenden Sicher-

heitshinweise und die speziellen Warnhinweise in den einzelnen

Kapiteln.

2.1. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

DasAuto-Rell-SetCP-RC-AFermöglichteineautomatischeBefül-

lung des Verdampferbehälters im Saunaofen Concept R combi bzw.

desZusatzverdampfersConceptR.DasAuto-Rell-SetCP-RC-AF

ist für folgende Geräte geeignet:

●CP-RC-090

●CP-RC-105

●CP-25-STP

Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestimmungs-

gemäß. Nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch kann zur Beschä-

digung des Produkts, zu schweren Verletzungen oder Tod führen.

2.2. Sicherheitshinweise für den Monteur

●Der Festwasseranschluss darf nur von einem sachkundigen

InstallateurodereinervergleichsweisequaliziertenPerson

nach den örtlichen Vorschriften des zuständigen Wasserwerkes

vorgenommen werden.

●Die Vorschriften der EN 61770 und EN 1717 sind unbedingt zu

beachten.EssindgeeigneteMaßnahmenzutreen,welche

verhindern, dass Wasser in das Trinkwasser-Leitungssystem

zurückießenkann.

●ZwischenFestnetzundAuto-Rell-SetmusseinAbsperrhahn

montiert sein. Bei längerer Nichtbenutzung des Festwasseran-

schlusses sollte der Absperrhahn geschlossen werden.

3. Produktbeschreibung

3.1. Lieferumfang

3.2. Produktfunktionen

DasAuto-Rell-SetarbeitetnachdemPrinzipderFüllstandsmessung.

Wenn der Wasserstand im Verdampferbehälter sinkt, verliert der

SchwimmkörperanAuftriebundönetsomitdasWasserventilder

Auto-Rell-Einheit.DiesesVentilsorgtdafür,dassfrischesWasser

solange in den Verdampferbehälter einströmt bis der Schwimmkörper

Auftrieb bekommt und sich somit das Wasserventil wieder schließt.

●Beachten Sie den unter Technische Daten angebenen minima-

lenundmaximalenEinlass-Wasserdruck(siehe9. Technische

Daten auf Seite 12).

●AmBodenderSaunakabinemusssicheinAbussbenden,falls

die Wasserzuleitung beschädigt wird oder undicht ist.

●Nur das beigelegte oder ein über den Kundendienst bezogenes

Schlauch-Set zum Anschluss verwenden. Vorhandene oder be-

reits benutzte Schlauchsätze auf keinen Fall verwenden.

●Bei Problemen, die in den Montageanweisungen nicht ausführ-

lich genug behandelt werden, wenden Sie sich zu Ihrer eigenen

Sicherheit an Ihren Lieferanten.

4. Montage und Anschluss an Saunaofen

Concept R combi

Berücksichtigen Sie folgende Punkte bei der Montage und beim Anschluss der

Auto-Rell-Einheit:

●Führen Sie jegliche Arbeiten am Saunaofen im ausgekühltem Zustand durch.

4.1. Vorbereiten des Saunaofens

●Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Saunaofen zur Gänze abgekühlt ist und entfernen

Sie die Keramikschale für Kräuter und Düfte 1.

●Entfernen Sie den Dampftrichter 2 der sich überhalb des Verdampferbe-

hältersbendet.

●Entfernen Sie die Strebe 3 mit einem geeigneten Schraubendreher.

WARNUNG!

Stromschlag-Gefahr

●Führen Sie Montage- und Anschlussarbeiten am Saunaofen nur im

spannungsfreien Zustand durch.

4.2. Montage der Auto-Rell-Einheit

1. Führen Sie die Wasserzuleitung 3durchdieMontageönungnebendem

Verdampferbehälter ein, bis der Kugelhahn an der Unterseite sichtbar ist.

2. Entfernen Sie die Verschlusskappe des Verdampferbehälter-Anschluss 6.

3. Setzen Sie die Flachdichtung 4 in die Überwurfmutter der Verdampferbe-

hälter-Zuleitung 5 ein.

4. Schließen Sie die Verdampferbehälter-Zuleitung 5 an den Verdampferbe-

hälter-Anschluss 6 an.

5. SetzenSiedieAuto-Rell-Einheit7 in die vorgesehene Montageposition ein.

6. SchraubenSiedieAuto-Rell-Einheit4-malmitdenimLieferumfangent-

haltenen Schrauben an.

Berücksichtigen Sie folgende Punkte bei der Montage und beim Anschluss der

Auto-Rell-Einheit:

durch.

5.1. Vorbereiten des Zusatzverdampfers

●Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Zusatzverdampfer zur Gänze abgekühlt ist und

entfernen Sie die Keramikschale für Kräuter und Düfte 1.

●Entfernen Sie den Dampftrichter 2 der sich überhalb des Verdampferbe-

hältersbendet.

●Entfernen Sie die Strebe 3 mit einem geeigneten Schraubendreher.
