Invacare®guaranteesthattheirproductsarefreefromdefectsand
arefullyfunctional.Thewarrantycoversallfaultsanddefectswhich
areverifiablyattributabletofaultyconstruction,substandardmaterials
orpoorworkmanship.Warrantyclaimsagainstthemanufacturermay
onlybemadebythedistributorandnotbytheuseroftheproduct.
Thewarrantydoesnotcovernormalwearandtear,the
consequencesofimproperhandlingordamage,poormaintenance
andincorrectassemblyorcommissioningbythepurchaserorathird
personorfaultswhichareattributabletocircumstancesbeyond
ourcontrol.Wearingpartsarenotcoveredbytheguarantee.The
warrantyisvoidedifmodificationsaremadetotheproductwhich
werenotauthorisedandnotperformedbythespecialistdealeror
ifinappropriateaccessoriesorsparepartsareused.Thewarranty
doesnotcoverconsequentialcostsarisingfromtherectificationof
defectssuchasfreightandtravelexpenses,labourcosts,feesetc.
Thetermofthewarrantyis24month.
