• Cliquer sur « Démarrer » dans l’application.

• Ouvrez l’application Charger Control sur votre téléphone portable.

• Cliquer sur « Arrêter » dans l’application.

• Débranchez votre véhicule électrique.

• Replacez la che dans son support.

9. Maintenance / Instructions de maintenance préventive

Eectuez des actions de maintenance une fois par an ou au besoin. Une maintenance bien faite permet d’as-

surer une longue durée de vie à la borne et de conserver la validité de la garantie.

X Action de maintenance

Nettoyez les éventuelles saletés et poussières de la surface de la borne. Essuyez soigneusement avec

un chion humide.

Vériez l’usure et les dommages mécaniques sur la che et le câble de recharge.

La che et le câble de recharge doivent être remplacés par un professionnel qualié.

Eectuez une mise à jour du logiciel, si nécessaire. La mise à jour du logiciel prend au

moins 15 - 20 minutes. Ne coupez pas l’alimentation et n’utilisez pas la borne pendant la mise à jour.

Testez le dispositif de protection électrique. Respectez les exigences locales en matière

d’intervalle de test, mais testez l’appareil au moins une fois tous les six mois.

10. Instructions de test pour le dispositif de protection électrique

0 570 10 / 0 570 12 / 0 570 14 / 0 570 16:

Testez le dispositif diérentiel de l’alimentation électrique.

0 570 11 / 0 570 13 / 0 570 15 / 0 570 17:

• Le dispositif combiné avec un interrupteur diérentiel et une protection contre les surintensités (RCBO)

est situé dans le boîtier d’installation.

• Ouvrez le cache du boîtier d’installation.

• Appuyez sur le bouton TEST.

• La manette se met en position 0.

• Tournez la manette de nouveau en position I.

• En cas de panne, contacter un électricien.

8. Gestion de charge

8.1. Gestion de charge dynamique

Vous pouvez utiliser cette fonctionnalité si un compteur d’énergie compatible est connecté à votre borne de

recharge et à l’alimentation électrique de votre propriété.

Le compteur d’énergie mesure la consommation électrique totale de votre maison. Si une autre charge supé-

rieure au courant maximal déni pour la gestion de charge vient s’ajouter au cours de la charge, la borne de

recharge va alors réduire le courant de charge. Si la consommation d’énergie totale parvient à la puissance

maximale autorisée, la charge s’interrompt tant que la consommation d’énergie totale n’a pas atteint une va-

leur permettant de poursuivre la charge.

Vous pouvez voir le courant de charge en temps réel à partir de l’application Charger Control.

Vous pouvez activer/désactiver cette fonctionnalité à partir de l’application Charger Control.

8.2. Contrôle externe

Vous pouvez utiliser cette fonction si un dispositif de commande à distance est connecté à votre borne de

recharge. La fonction prioritaire dépend des diérents dispositifs connectés. Il peut s’agir, par exemple, d’un

système de gestion de charge pour l’ensemble de votre maison ou d’un interrupteur, d’une minuterie qui

contrôle votre borne de recharge.

Veuillez consulter les diérents modes d’emploi des dispositifs connectés.

Vous pouvez activer/désactiver cette fonctionnalité à partir de l’application Charger Control.

11. Garantie

Vériez la validité et la durée de la garantie auprès du représentant commercial local de LEGRAND.

13. Élimination

Ne jetez pas les appareils électriques et électroniques, y compris leurs accessoires, avec les or-

dures ménagères.

• Si la borne se trouve en n de cycle de vie, elle doit correctement être mis au rebut, dans le respect des

directives locales en matière de recyclage.

• Le carton d’emballage de la borne peut être recyclé.

• Jetez le lm plastique avec les ordures ménagères ou conformément aux directives locales de recyclage.

14. Application Charger Control

• Avec l’application Charger Control, vous pouvez contrôler la borne et en modier les paramètres.

• La technologie Bluetooth est utilisée pour la connexion sans l.

• Vous pouvez appairer votre appareil mobile à plusieurs bornes, mais il ne peut être connecté qu’à une

seule borne à la fois.

• La portée est d’environ 5 m au sein d’un espace libre, ne présentant pas d’obstacles.

Note! Ne pas changer les paramètres pendant une charge en cours.

Procédure d’appairage

1. Éteignez d’abord la borne à partir de l’interrup-

teur principal, puis rallumez la.

2. Démarrez la procédure d’appairage dans les 3

minutes.

3. Ouvrez l’application.

4. Allez dans « Appareils ».

5. Sélectionnez parmi les « Appareils disponibles »

la borne que vous souhaitez appairer avec votre

mobile.

6. Si l’appairage échoue la première fois, réessayez à

partir de l’étape 1.

7. Lorsque l’appairage est terminé, vous pouvez

trouver votre borne dans « Mes appareils ».

Jusqu’à 8 dispositifs mobiles peuvent être appairés à la station de recharge. Respectez la procédure d’appai-

rage indiquée ci-dessus pour chaque nouveau dispositif mobile. Un redémarrage (mise en marche/arrêt) est

également nécessaire si vous souhaitez ajouter une autre application mobile dans la borne de recharge.

Un seul dispositif mobile peut être connecté à la borne de recharge. Sur les autres dispositifs mobiles appairés

(qui se trouvent dans la zone de portée Bluetooth), la borne de recharge apparaît en gris.

Lorsque vous désappairez un dispositif iOS, ce dernier doit également être supprimé manuellement des para-

mètres Bluetooth de la borne de recharge.

Note! Si vous disposez d’un chargeur triphasé (0 570 14, 0 570 16, 0 570 15, 0 570 17) et que toutes les phases

sont raccordées, l’application indiquera le courant de charge le plus élevé et l’énergie de recharge sera calculée

à partir de cette valeur. L’énergie totale réelle pourrait être plus faible que celle calculée.

14.5. Modication du courant de charge maximal

• Le courant nominal de charge dépend du type de borne de recharge.

• SI votre installateur a diminué la valeur du courant maximal de charge, cela peut être dû à des restrictions

sur site.

• Vous pouvez charger votre véhicule avec un courant plus faible que le courant maximal. Veuillez noter

que, dans ce cas, la recharge complète de votre véhicule sera plus longue.

• Vous pouvez régler le courant de charge depuis votre écran d’accueil ou dans le menu « Paramètres/

Borne/Courant de charge max ».

14.8. Messages d’erreur

En cas d’erreur, un code d’erreur apparaît sur l’écran de votre appareil mobile. Si vous devez contacter LE-

GRAND en raison d’un dysfonctionnement de la borne, consultez d’abord « Paramètres/Borne/Journal des

erreurs ». Enregistrez les informations du journal d’erreurs avant de prendre contact. Ces informations aident

le support technique et la maintenance à résoudre le problème.

Remarque ! Dans certaines situations, la borne refonctionne normalement automatiquement dans un délai

d’environ 5 minutes après avoir débranché le câble de charge.

Voir le tableau suivant pour consulter les causes des diérents dysfonctionnements et leurs mesures correc-

tives.

14.4. Changer le mode de fonctionnement

• La borne est en mode de fonctionnement « Recharge libre ».

• Vous pouvez changer le mode en « Autorisé » dans « Paramètres/Borne/Mode de fonctionnement ».

• Dans le mode « Autorisé », vous démarrez et arrêtez la charge depuis l’application.

Ne modiez pas les paramètres accompagnés du terme PRO. Ces paramètres ne doivent être

modiés que par un électricien disposant des compétences nécessaires.

14.6. Compteur d’énergie

Vous pouvez activer/désactiver le compteur externe depuis « Paramètres/Gestion de charge/Compteur

d’énergie ».

Vous pouvez activer/désactiver le mode prioritaire depuis « Paramètres/Gestion de charge/Contrôle externe ».

3. Intended Use

• The charging station is intended for charging electric vehicles, both plug-in hybrids and full battery elec-

tric vehicles.

• Do not connect to the charging station other devices, such as power tools.

9. Maintenance / Preventive Maintenance Instructions

Do these maintenance actions once a year or as necessary. With well-done maintenance you can ensure a

long lifetime of the charging station and keep the warranty valid.

X Maintenance action

Clean possible dirt and dust from the surface of the charging station. Wipe carefully with a moist cloth.

Examine the charging plug and the charging cable for wear out or mechanical damage.

The charging plug and cable must only be replaced by a qualied professional.

Software update, if necessary. The software update takes at least 15 - 20 minutes.

Do not switch o the power or use the charging station during the update.

Test the residual current device. Comply local requirements for testing interval, but test the device at

least once every six months.

10. Residual Current Device Testing Instructions

0 570 10 / 0 570 12 / 0 570 14 / 0 570 16:

Test the residual current device at the supply line.

0 570 11 / 0 570 13 / 0 570 15 / 0 570 17:

• The combined device with residual current circuit breaker and over current protection (RCBO) is located

in the installation box.

• Open the installation box hatch.

• Press the TEST button.

• The rocker turns to 0 position.

• Turn the rocker back to I position.

• If a fault occurs, contact an electrician.

8. Load Management

8.1. Dynamic Load Management

You can use this feature if a compatible energy meter is connected to your charging station and to your prop-

erty’s electrical supply.

The energy meter measures the total power consumption in your property. If some other load over the set

maximum current for load management is added when charging is ongoing, the charging station will decrease

the charging current. If the total power consumption reaches the allowed maximum power of your property,

the charging interrupts until the total power consumption has decreased to a value at which the charging can

continue.

You can see the real time charging current from the Charger Control Application.

You can enable / disable this feature from the Charger Control Application.

8.2. External Control

You can use this feature if an external control device is connected to your charging station. The override func-

tion depends on the connected devices. It can be for example a load management system for your entire

property or a switch or a timer that controls your charging station.

Please study the user instructions for the connected devices.

11. Warranty

Check the validity and duration of warranty with LEGRAND’s local sales representative.

13. Disposal

Do not dispose of electrical and electronic devices including their accessories with the household

waste.

• When the charging station is at the end of its life cycle, it must be disposed of properly according to local

recycling guidelines.

• The charging station’s cardboard packing is suitable for recycling.

• Dispose of the plastic wrap with the household waste or according to local recycling guidelines.

14. Charger Control Application

• With the Charger Control application you can control your charging station and change the settings of

your charging station.

• Bluetooth technology is used for the wireless connection.

• The range in free space is approximately 5m.

Note! Do not change the settings while charging is in progress.

• Download the Charger Control application from Apple Store or Google Play.

Pairing procedure

1. First switch o the charging station from the

main switch and then switch it on again.

2. Start the pairing procedure within 3 minutes.

3. Open the application.

4. Go to “Devices”.

5. Select from “Discovered Devices” the charging

station you want to pair with your mobile.

6. If the pairing fails the rst time, try again start-

ing from step 1.

7. When the pairing is completed, you can nd

your charging station in “Devices / My Devices”.

14.2. Pairing the charging station with your mobile device

Up to 8 mobile devices can be paired to the charging station. Obey the pairing procedure above for every new

mobile device. Re-boot (power on / power o) is required also if you want to introduce another mobile ap-

plication to the charging station.

Only one mobile device can be connected to the charging station. The charging station is shown grey on other

paired mobile devices, which are within the Bluetooth range.

When you unpair an iOS device, it must also be manually removed from the charging station’s Bluetooth set-

tings.

Note! If you have a 3-phase charging station (0 570 14, 0 570 16, 0 570 15, 0 570 17) and all phases are con-

nected, the application shows the highest charging current and the charged energy is calculated from that

value. The actual total charged energy may be lower than calculated.

14.5. Changing the maximum charging current

• The nominal charging current depends on the charging station model.

• If your installer has set the maximum charging current to a lower value, it is due to restrictions on the

installation site.

• You can charge your vehicle at a lower current than the set maximum value. Notice that in that case it

takes longer to charge your vehicle fully.

• You can set the charging current from the home screen or “Settings/ Charger/ Max. charging current”.

14.4. Changing the operating mode

• The default setting for the charging station is “Free charging”.

• You can change the operating mode to “Authorized” in “Settings/Charger/Operation mode”.

• In the “Authorized” mode you start and stop charging with the application.

Do not change the settings marked with PRO. These settings must only be changed by a

qualied professional.

14.8. Error messages

At error state, an error code appears on the screen of your mobile device. If you need to contact LEGRAND

related to faulty operation of the charging station, go rst to “Settings/Charger/Error log”. Save the error log

information before contacting. This information helps the technical support and maintenance to resolve the

issue.

Note! In some situations the charging station automatically returns to normal operation within approximately

5 minutes after disconnecting the charging cable.

Please see the following table for the cause and corrective actions.

14.6. Property energy meter

You can enable / disable the external meter from “Settings/Load Management/Property energy meter”.

You can enable / disable the override mode from “Settings/Load Management/External control (Dry con-

tact)”.

E02 The fault current detection sensor is defective. Contact service.

E03 The charging station has an internal malfunction. Contact service.

E04 The charging station has an internal malfunction. Contact service.

E05 The charging station has detected fault current

in the charging circuit.

and then switch it on again. If the error occurs again,

contact service.

E06 A fault in the charge contactor has tripped the

system’s protection device RCD / RCBO.

Turn on the protection device RCD / RCBO. If the error

occurs again, contact service.

E07 The charging station was unable to identify the

current-carrying capacity of the charging cable.

The charging cable may be defective. Restart the

charging station. If the error occurs again, try charging

with another charging cable.

E08 The charging station has detected a malfunction

in the vehicle.

Switch o the charging station from the main switch

and then switch it on again. If the error occurs again,

take your vehicle to service. If possible, try charging

another vehicle.

E09 The charging station is overheated.

Let the charging station cool down and try again. If the

charging station is in an exceptionally warm environ-

ment, try lowering the ambient temperature.

E10 The vehicle has exceeded the permitted charg-

ing current.

Switch o the charging station from the main switch

and then switch it on again. If the error occurs again,

take your vehicle to service. If possible, try charging

another vehicle.

E11 The charging station has a malfunction. Contact service.

E12 The charging station has detected a software er-

ror. Contact service.

E13 The charging station has detected a short circuit

in the charging cable.

The charging cable may be defective. Switch o the

charging station from the main switch and then switch

it on again. If the error occurs again, try charging with

another charging cable.

E15 The charging station has an internal malfunction.

Switch o the charging station from the main switch

and then switch it on again. If the error occurs again,

contact service.

E18 A fault in the charge contactor has tripped the

system’s protection device RCD / RCBO.

Turn on the protection device RCD / RCBO. If the error

occurs again, contact service.

E19 The vehicle has performed an operation that is

not supported by the charging station.

The charging station and the vehicle are incompatible

with certain features. The charging station can par-

tially charge the vehicle. The incompatibility will not

damage the charging station or the vehicle.

E21 The control circuit on the charge contactor has

a malfunction.

and then switch it on again. If the error occurs again,

contact service.
