Introduction
The CM2002 One-Camera IP Video server converts an analog video source into an IP video stream. The Legrand Intuity app auto-discovers
the IP Video Server for easy integration of the SCI Video Door Unit with the app. Connect your compatible devices and move another step
closer to the total home control experience.

Installation
Setting Up Monitors (Fig. 5)
STEP 1: Press the right mouse button while hovering over the computer (PC) desktop.
STEP 2: Select Screen Resolution from the menu.
STEP 3: Select Advanced Settings.
STEP 4: Select the Monitor tab and change the Colors drop-down menu to read True Color (32bit).

Connecting to a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) Device (Fig. 6)
STEP 1: Connect the CM2002 to a power source.
STEP 2: Connect a PC or a PoE switch/network video recorder (NVR) to the CM2002 Ethernet connection port using an Ethernet cable.
STEP 3: Configure the network settings according to the network environment being used.
STEP 4: Connect an analog camera to the CM2002 video-in connection port using a BNC cable.
Note: This step assumes the camera is already set up and powered. The CM2002 does not provide power to any external device.

Installing the Micro-SD Card (Fig. 7)
STEP 1: Locate the micro-SD label on the CM2002.
STEP 2: Insert the micro-SD card into the slot located immediately below the label.

Assigning the Device IP Addresses
STEP 1: Locate the mini-CD in the package contents.
STEP 2: Insert the mini-CD into a PC.
STEP 3: Open the Applications folder on the mini-CD and choose IP Scanner.
Note: The IP Scanner software supports multiple languages. This manual addresses the English version of the software.
STEP 4: Choose an IP configuration. There are three options:
Fixed IP (Public IP or Virtual IP)
DHCP (Dynamic IP)
Dial-up (PPPoE)
STEP 5: Execute the IPScannerENG file.
Note: If a Windows Security Alert dialog box appears, choose the network type based on your monitoring environment, then press the
Allow access button. (Fig. 8)

STEP 6: Configure the IP Scanner software. (Fig. 9)
The IP Scanner software searches for IP devices connected on the LAN. Choose Search Devices to refresh the search.
Choose the desired IP device from the Device List on the left side of the IPSCanner menu box. The device becomes highlighted
when selected.
Review the network configuration of the IP device, shown on the right side of the menu box. Customize the parameters of the
IP device, as desired, then press Submit.

Select OK to apply any changes and reboot the device. (Fig. 10)

STEP 7: Confirm the subnet of the PC IP address and the IP device IP address are the same.

To update the PC IP address properties, follow the pathway: Control Panel è Network and Internet è Network Connections è
Local Area Connection Properties è Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) è Properties. (Fig. 11)
STEP 8: Access the remote monitoring menu for the IP device by selecting the IP device from the Device list of the IPSCanner menu box and
pressing the left mouse button twice. A default network browser of the device control interface will open. (Fig. 12)

STEP 9: To gain remote access, enter the default password admin for both the Username and Password. (Fig. 13)

Resetting to the Factory Default
Follow these steps to reset the CM2002 to default values.
STEP 1: Disconnect the power cord and Ethernet cable.
STEP 2: Locate the Default label on the CM2002. The default button is inside the hole located directly under the label. (Fig. 14)

STEP 3: Push the end of a paper clip into the hole to engage the button. Press and hold the button once the button is engaged. Do not
release the button.
STEP 4: Connect the power to the CM2002. The CM2002 automatically reboots. The reboot takes approximately 30 seconds.
STEP 5: Release the button the server is finished rebooting by removing the paper clip.
STEP 6: Plug in the Ethernet cable.
STEP 7: Log into theCM2002 using the default IP address (http://192.168.1.200), user name (admin), and password (admin).
