LTN 255 - ñâàðî÷íûé âûïðÿìèòåëü, èíâåðòîðíîãî òèïà, ïðåäíàçíà÷åííûé äëÿ
ñâàðêè íåïëàâÿùèìñÿ ýëåêòðîäîì â ñðåäå çàùèòíûõ ãàçîâ (TIG), à òàêæå äëÿ
ðó÷íîé äóãîâîé ñâàðêè(MMA). Ïðèìåíåíèå èíâåðòîðíîé òåõíîëîãèè
ïîçâîëèëî ñíèçèòü ïîòðåáëÿåìóþ ýíåðãèþ, óìåíüøèòü âåñ è ãàáàðèòû.
Ïðèìåíåíèå ñîâðåìåííîé ýëåêòðîíèêè, â òîì ÷èñëå è ìèêðîïðîöåññîðîâ,

ñâàðêè ARC PLUS, êîòîðàÿ ïîçâîëÿåò ïîëó÷èòü áîëåå êîíöåíòðèðîâàííóþ è
ìÿãêóþ äóãó. Íîâîå óïðàâëåíèå áûñòðî ðåàãèðóåò íà êîðîòêèå çàìûêàíèÿ âî
âðåìÿ êàïåëüíîãî ïåðåíîñà è ïîçâîëÿåò ñíèçèòü ðèñê ïðèëèïàíèÿ ýëåêòðîäà.
Áîëåå òîã î, óñòàíîâêè îñíàù¸íû ôóíêöèåé Arc Force, êîòîðàÿ ïîçâîëÿåò
èçìåíÿòü äèíàìè÷åñêèå õàðàêòåðèñòèêè äóãè, ò.å. äåëàòü å¸ áîëåå ìÿãêîé èëè

âûñâå÷èâàåòñÿ êîä îøèáêè “E13” íà äèñïëåå. Ïðè ïîíèæåíèè òåìïåðàòóðû
òåðìîñòàò àâòîìàòè÷åñêè âêëþ÷àåò âûïðÿìèòåëü.

4.1 Ïàíåëü óïðàâëåíèÿ
Íà ïåðåäíåé ÷àñòè âûïðÿìèòåëÿ ðàçìåùàåòñ ÿ ïàíåëü óïðàâëåíèÿ,
ïîçâîëÿþùàÿ âûáðàòü òðåáóåìûå ôóíêöèè è óñòàíîâèòü çíà÷åíèÿ
ïàðàìåòðîâ. Äëÿ ýòîãî èìåþòñÿ: óñòàíîâî÷íàÿ ðó÷êà, ìÿãêèå êëàâèøè,
äèñïëåé è èíäèêàòîðíûå ëàìïû.
Ñ ïîìîùü ìÿãêèõ êëàâèø û âûáèðàåòå íóæíóþ ôóíêöèþ. Ðÿäîì ñ
âûáðàííîé ôóíêöèåé çàãîðàåòñÿ ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèé èíäèêàòîð è â äàííûé
ìîìåíò òîëüêî ýòà ëèíèÿ íàõîäèòñÿ â ðåæèìå óñòàíîâêè. Ïåðåìåùåíèå ìåæäó
ëèíèÿìè îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ êðàñíûìè ìÿãêèìè ê ëàâèøàìè ñî ñòðåëêàìè .

O1-2 Åñëè âûáðàí 4-õ òàêòíûé ðåæèì ðàáîòû ãîðåëêè, ïðè
áûñòðîì íàæàòèè íà êíîïêó ïðîèñõîäèò ïåðåõîä íà äðóãîé
ðåæèì ñâàðêè. Òî æå ñàìîå îòíîñèòñÿ ê 2-õ òàêòíîìó ðåæèìó,
åñëè ñâàðêà íå âåäåòñÿ. Â ïðîöåññå ñâàðêè â äâóõòàêòíîì
ðåæèìå í åîáõîäèìî êðàòêîâðåìåííî îòïóñòèòü êíîïêó..
Àðèñòîòèã èìååò áà òàðåþ ïîääåðæêè ïàìÿòè, òàê ÷òî äàæå ïðè
âûêëþ÷åííîì àïïàðàòå ïàðàìåòðû ñîõðàíÿþòñÿ â íåé.

4.2 Äðóãèå ôóíêöèè
Êàïåëüíàÿ ñâàðêà (MMA)
Êàïåëüíàÿñâàðêàèñïîëüçóåòñÿïðèñâàðêåøòó÷íûìèýëåêòðîäàìèèç
íåðæàâåþùåé ñò àëè. Òåõíèêà òàêîé ñâàðêè ïîäðàçóìåâàåò ïåðèîäè÷åñêîå
âîçáóæäåíèå è ãàøåíèå äóãè, ÷òî ïîçâîëÿåò ëó÷øå óïðàâëÿòü ïðîöåññîì
òåïëîïåðåíîñà. Äîñòàòî÷íî íåìíîãî ïðèïîäíÿòü ýëåêòðîä è ïðîèñõîäèò
ãàøåíèå äóãè.
Äëÿ ââîäà â ýòîò ðåæèì âêëþ÷èòå óñòàíîâêó òîêà è çàòåì íàæìèòå è
óäåðæèâàéòå îáå çåëåíûå êëàâèøè â òå÷åíèè 2 ñåêóíä äî ïîÿâëåíèÿ
ñèìâîëà ”-_-” íà äèñïëåå. Ïîñëå âûêëþ÷åíèÿ ýòà ôóíêöèÿ îñòàíåòñÿ
ñîõðàíåííîé. Äëÿ âîçâðàòà óñòàíîâêè â îáû÷íûé ðåæèì íåîáõîäèìî
ïîâòîðèòü îïåðàöèè ñ êëàâèøàìè äî ïîÿâëåíèÿ ñèìâîëà ”---” íà äèñïëåå.
Ôóíêöèÿ Arc Force (MMA)
Ýòà ôóíêöèÿ ìåíÿåò äèíàìèêó âûïðÿìèòåëÿ è äóãà ìîæåò äåëàòüñÿ ìÿã÷å èëè
æåñò÷å.  ðåæèìå óñòàíîâêè òîêà íàæìèòå è óäåðæèâàéòå îáå êðàñíûå
êëàâèøè â òå÷åíèè 2 ñåêóíä. Íà äèñïëåå ïîÿâÿòñ ÿ öèôðû îò 0 äî 100 â
çàâèñèìîñòè îò óñòàíîâëåííîé æåñòêîñòè äóãè. Äëÿ âîçâðàòà óñòàíîâêè â
îáû÷íûé ðåæèì íàæìèòå îäíó èç ê ëàâèø.
2 âûáðàííûõ ðåæèìà Arc Force ìîãóò áûòü ñîõðàíåíû â ïàìÿòè óñò àíîâêè.
Âðåìÿ èìïóëüñà/Âðåìÿ ïàóçû (TIG)
Îáû÷íî çíà÷åíèÿ ýòèõ ïàðàìåòðîâ íàõîäÿòñÿ â äèàïàçîíå 0,02-5,0 ñåê. Ñ
ïîìîùüþ ïðè¸ìà íàæàòèÿ 2 êëàâèø ñ çåëåíûìè ñòðåëêàìè ìîæíî äîñòè÷ü
çíà÷åíèé 0,001 ñåê. Ýòîò ðåæèì ñîõðàíÿåòñÿ äî òåõ ïîð, ïîêà ïîâòîðíî íå
âûïîëíèòü âûøåïðèâåäåííûå äåéñòâèÿ. Îáðàòèòå âíèìàíèÿ, ÷òî ïðè
çíà÷åíèÿõ âðåìåíè ìåíüøå 0,250 ñåê íà äèñïëåå öèôðû áóäóò ïîêàçàíû áåç
ðàçäåëèòåëüíîé çàïÿòîé.
Äèñòàíöèîííîå óïðàâëåíèå (ÄÓ)
Ñ åãî ïîìîùüþ ìîæíî íà óäàëåíèè îò óñòàíîâêè ðåãóëèðîâàòü ïàðàìåòðû
ñâàðêè TIG è MMA .
Ïðè èìïóëüñíîé ñâàðêå ðåã óëèðóåòñÿ âåëè÷èíà òîêà èìïóëüñà. Íàñòðîéêà ñ
ïîìîùüþ ïóëüòà ÄÓ âåäåòñÿ â àêòèâèðîâàííîì ðåæèìå íàñòðîéêè òîêà
èìïóëüñà áåç ïóëüòà ÄÓ. Ïåðåõîä â ðåæèì ÄÓ ïðîèñõîäèò àâòîìàòè÷åñêè
ïîñëå ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ ïóëüòà. Ïðè ýòîì çàãîðàåòñÿ èíäèêàòîð O A

2 INTRODUCTION
Note!
This product is solely intended for arc welding.

attempts to rectify any faults on the machine during the warranty period.
LTN 255 are rectifiers designed using inverter technology and are intended for TIG --
welding and welding using coated electrodes.
Inverter technology contributes towards low power consumption, a low weight and
compact dimensions.
The advanced electronics with microprocessor control provides, amongst others,
quick regulation and top class welding characteristics.
LTN 255 is equipped with ARC PLUS, a new type of control that with MMA welding
provides a more intensive, more concentrated and smoother arc. It reacts quicker
after a short circuiting drop transfer, which reduces the r isk of the electrode sticking.
In addition, the machine is equipped with Arc Force, which means that the power
source’s dynamics can be adjusted, softer or harder depending on the type of elec-
trode and the welder’s preference.
ARC PLUS -- because of the regulator’s good characteristics it is only necessary to
change the Arc Force settings in exceptional circumstances.
When drop welding using stainless steel electrodes a special feature on the machine
can be activated to facilitate welding.
LTN 255 is available in two designs, one with a central connector and one with an
OKC connector for a TIG torch.
LTN 255 issuppliedcompletewitha5metremainscable,5metrereturncable, gas
hose and hose clips. Machines with a central connector are also fitted with a safety
bar to protect the connectors from impact.
As an accessory there is a loop handle to fit on the m achines which acts as a cable
reel as well protecting the control panel. There are also two carriages available for
transportation with a gas cylinder and cooling unit.

LT N 255 are equipped with mains voltage compensation, which means that a ¦10 %
variation in the mains voltage only results in a ¦ 0,2 % variation in the welding cur-
rent.
To reduce the voltage drop when using a long cable it can be advisable to select a
heavier cable cross section.
1. Place the equipment in a suitable place and make sure the rectifier is not cov-
ered or set--up so that cooling is prevented.
2. Make sure the machine is connected to the correct mains voltage.

4. Connect the TIG torch and the return cable or the MMA welding cables.
