REGULATORISCHE HINWEISE

Das Produktionsdatum Ihres Produktes ﬁnden Sie auf den Aufklebern auf der Verpackung. Die

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

ALLGEMEIN

• Verwenden Sie Ihr Gerät nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe von Geräten mit starken Magnetfeldern sowie

elektrostatischen oder elektromagnetischen Feldern (wie z.B. Induktionsöfen, Mikrowellenherde,

TV- oder Computermonitore, Videospiel-Konsolen, Mobiltelefone, Funkgeräte). Deren elektromag-

netische Felder können die Bildaufzeichnungen stören.

• Die Bildaufzeichnung kann gestört werden, wenn Sie das Gerät auf einen Fernseher stellen oder in

seiner unmittelbaren Nähe betreiben oder das Gerät in der Nähe von Mobiltelefonen verwenden.

• Starke Magnetfelder, z.B. von Lautsprechern oder großen Elektromotoren, können die gespeicher-

ten Daten beschädigen oder die Aufnahmen stören.

• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in der unmittelbaren Nähe von Radiosendern oder Hochspannungs-

leitungen. Deren elektromagnetische Felder können die Bildaufzeichnungen ebenfalls stören.

• Versuchen Sie nicht, Gehäuseteile (Abdeckungen) zu entfernen. Fachgerechte Reparaturen sollten

nur in autorisierten Servicestellen durchgeführt werden.

• Schützen Sie das Gerät vor dem Kontakt mit Insektensprays und anderen aggressiven Chemikali-

en. (Wasch-)Benzin, Verdünner und Alkohol dürfen nicht zur Reinigung verwendet werden.

Bestimmte Chemikalien und Flüssigkeiten können das Gehäuse des Gerätes bzw. die Oberﬂächen-

beschichtung beschädigen.

OKULAR

• Ein Okular wirkt wie ein Brennglas, wenn praller Sonnenschein frontal auf es einwirkt. Das Gerät

muss deshalb unbedingt vor starker Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt werden. Die Unterbringung im

Schatten oder idealerweise in der Tasche helfen dabei, Schäden im Inneren des Gerätes zu

vermeiden.

SENSOR

• Höhenstrahlung (z.B. bei Flügen) kann Pixeldefekte verursachen.

TRAGRIEMEN

• Vergewissern Sie sich bitte nach dem Anbringen des Tragriemens, dass die Verschlüsse korrekt

montiert sind, um ein Herabfallen des Gerätes zu vermeiden.

• Tragriemen sind in der Regel aus besonders belastbarem Material hergestellt. Halten Sie sie

deshalb von Kindern fern. Sie sind kein Spielzeug und für Kinder aufgrund von Strangulationsgefahr

potenziell gefährlich.

• Verwenden Sie Tragriemen nur in ihrer Funktion als Tragriemen. Eine anderweitige Verwendung

birgt Verletzungsgefahren und kann eventuell zu Beschädigungen am Tragriemen führen und ist

daher nicht gestattet.

• Tragriemen sollten nicht bei sportlichen Aktivitäten an Kameras bzw. Ferngläsern eingesetzt

werden, wenn ein besonders hohes Risiko besteht, mit dem Tragriemen hängen zu bleiben (z.B.

Klettern in den Bergen und vergleichbare Outdoor-Sportarten).

GARANTIE

Neben Ihren gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsansprüchen gegenüber Ihrem Verkäufer erhalten Sie für

dieses Leica Produkt von der Leica Camera AG für 3 Jahre Garantieleistungen nach den nachstehen-

den Regelungen. Die Leica Garantie schränkt mithin weder die gesetzlichen Rechte des Verbrauchers

nach dem jeweils geltenden nationalen Recht noch die Rechte des Verbrauchers gegenüber dem

Händler aus dem zwischen beiden geschlossenen Kaufvertrag ein.

REGELUNGEN DER GARANTIE

Mit dem Kauf dieser Leica Wärmebildkamera haben Sie ein Produkt erworben, das nach besonderen

Qualitätsrichtlinien hergestellt und in den einzelnen Fertigungsstufen durch erfahrene Spezia listen

geprüft wurde. Die für dieses Produkt vorgesehene Garantie von 3 Jahren wird von uns ab dem Tage

des Verkaufs durch einen autorisierten Fachhändler unter folgenden Bedingungen übernommen:

1. Bei Beanstandungen, die auf Fabrikationsfehlern beruhen, übernehmen wir während der

gesamten Laufzeit der Garan tie sämtliche anfallenden Materialkosten. Nach eigenem Ermessen

werden wir das fehlerhafte Produkt instandsetzen, defekte Teile austauschen oder das gesamte

Produkt durch ein gleichartiges einwandfreies Produkt ersetzen. Weitergehende Ansprüche,

gleich welcher Art und gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund im Zusammenhang mit dieser Garantie,

sind ausgeschlossen.

2. Von der Garantie sind Verschleißteile wie Augenmuscheln, Belederungen, Armierungen,

Tragriemen sowie Zubehör ausgenommen. Dies gilt auch für Beschädigungen der Oberﬂächen.

3. Ansprüche auf Garantieleistungen entfallen, wenn der betreﬀende Mangel auf unsachgemäße

Behandlung – wozu auch die Verwendung von Fremdzubehör zählen kann – zurückzuführen ist,

ein Eingriﬀ von nicht autorisierten Personen und Werkstätten durchgeführt wurde oder die

Fabrikationsnummer unkenntlich gemacht wurde.

4. Garantieansprüche können nur bei Vorlage der Originalrechnung – versehen mit Kaufdatum,

Adresse und Unterschrift des autorisierten Fachhändlers – geltend gemacht werden.

5. Bei Inanspruchnahme der Garantie das Produkt bitte zusammen mit der Originalrechnung und

einer Schilderung der Beanstandung dem Customer Care der Leica Camera AG oder einer Leica

Landesvertretung zuleiten.

Die Leica Calonox Modelle sind vor Wasser (1m, 30min) und Staub geschützt.

Das Gerät wurde unter kontrollierten Laborbedingungen getestet und ist nach DIN EN 60529 unter IP67 klassiﬁziert. Bitte

beachten Sie: Der Schutz vor Spritzwasser und Staub ist nicht dauerhaft und verringert sich im Laufe der Zeit. Die Garantie deckt

keine Schäden durch Flüssigkeiten ab. Das Öﬀnen des Gerätes durch einen nicht-autorisierten Händler oder Service Partner führt

zum Erlöschen der Garantie bzgl. Spritzwasser und Staub.

SAFETY REMARKS

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Do not use your device in the immediate vicinity of devices with powerful magnetic, electrostatic

or electromagnetic ﬁelds (e.g. induction ovens, microwave ovens, television sets or computer

screens, video game consoles, cell phones, broadcasting equipment). Their electromagnetic ﬁelds

can interfere with recordings.

• Image recording may be aﬀected if you place the device on a television set or operate it in close

proximity of a TV or near a cell phone.

• Strong magnetic ﬁelds, e.g. from speakers or large electric motors can damage the stored picture

data or disrupt recording.

• Do not use the device in the immediate vicinity of radio transmitters or high-voltage power lines.

Their electromagnetic ﬁelds may interfere with recordings.

• Do not attempt to remove parts of the housing (covers) yourself. Repairs must be done at

authorized service centers only.

• The device must not come into contact with insect repellent sprays or other aggressive chemicals.

Petroleum spirit, thinner and alcohol must not be used for cleaning. Some chemicals and liquids

may damage the device housing or its surface coating.

EYEPIECE

• An eyepiece can have the eﬀect of a magnifying glass when exposed to direct frontal sunlight. The

device must therefore be protected against extended exposure to direct sunlight. Storing the

device in the shade or ideally in its case will help prevent damage to the device interior.

SENSOR

• Cosmic radiation (e.g. during ﬂights) may cause pixel defects.

CARRY STRAP

• Once you have attached the carry strap, please make sure that the clips are mounted correctly to

prevent the device falling.

• Carry straps are usually made of very robust material. You should therefore keep it out of the reach

of children. A carry strap is not a toy and poses a strangulation risk.

• Carry straps should only be used for their intended purpose. Any other use poses the risk of injury

and may possibly result in damage to the carry strap and is therefore not permitted.

• Carry straps should never be used for cameras/binoculars during sports activities that pose a risk

of entanglement (e.g. when mountain climbing and similar outdoor activities).

WARRANTY

In addition to your statutory warranty rights from your dealer, Leica Camera AG oﬀers a 3-year

warranty for this Leica product in accordance with the conditions started below. The Leica warranty

does not impact on any statutory consumer rights in accordance with relevant national law or any

consumer rights vis-a-vis the retailer arising from the purchase contract concluded between them.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

By purchasing this Leica thermal imaging camera, you have acquired a product that is manufactured

in compliance with special quality standards, and which was thoroughly tested at each individual

production step by experienced specialists. Our three-year warranty for this product commences on

the date of sale by an authorized retailer under the following conditions:

1. In case of a complaint due to a manufacturing fault, we will assume all material costs during the

warranty period. We shall decide at our own discretion to repair the faulty product, to replace

faulty parts or to replace the entire product with a faultless product of the same type. All other

claims of any kind and on whatever legal basis shall not be accepted in connection with this

warranty.

2. Wear parts like eyecups, leather details, armoring, carry straps and accessories are exempt from

the warranty. The same applies for surface damage.

3. Any warranty claims become void if the defect in question is a result of improper handling –

which also includes the use of third-party accessories – or if the product was manipulated by

unauthorized persons or workshops or if the serial number of the product was rendered illegible.

4. Warranty claims can be submitted only in conjunction with the original proof of purchase – com-

plete with the date of purchase, as well as the address and signature of an authorized retailer.

5. In case of a warranty claim, please send the Leica product, the original proof of purchase and a

description of the fault to Leica Camera AG Customer Care or a Leica regional subsidiary.

PICK-UP SERVICE FOR REPAIR SUBMISSIONS

We will organize the shipping of your device to our Customer Care department if you should notice a

problem with your device during the warranty period. Please contact our service hotline to make the

necessary arrangements (+49 (0)6441 2080 189). Our pick-up service will collect your Leica product

at the agreed time from your premises free of charge and transport it to our Customer Care location

for evaluation.

Leica Calonox models are waterproof (1 m, 30 min) and dustproof.

The device was tested under controlled laboratory conditions and is classed as IP67 in accordance with DIN EN 60529. Please

note: The protection against splash water and dust is not permanent and will reduce over time. The warranty does not cover

damage from liquids. Any attempt to open the device by an unauthorized retailer or service partner will result in the immediate

expiration of the splash water and dust warranty.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

GÉNÉRALITÉS

• N’utilisez pas l’appareil à proximité immédiate d’appareils émettant des champs magnétiques,

électrostatiques ou électromagnétiques puissants (p.ex. fours à induction, fours à micro-ondes,

téléviseurs, écrans d’ordinateur, consoles de jeux vidéo, téléphones portables ou radios). Leur

champ électromagnétique peut perturber l’enregistrement des images.

• L’enregistrement des images peut être perturbé si vous déposez votre appareil sur un téléviseur ou

à proximité directe de celui-ci ou si vous utilisez votre appareil à proximité d’un téléphone portable.

• Les champs magnétiques puissants, tels que ceux des haut-parleurs ou des gros moteurs

électriques, peuvent endommager les données enregistrées ou perturber les prises de vue.

• N’utilisez pas l’appareil à proximité immédiate d’émetteurs radio ou de lignes à haute tension. Leur

champ électromagnétique peut également perturber l’enregistrement des images.

• N’essayez pas de retirer des pièces du boîtier (caches). Les réparations doivent être eﬀectuées

uniquement par un réparateur agréé.

• Mettez l’appareil à l’abri des bombes aérosol insecticides et autres substances chimiques

corrosives. N’utilisez pas d’essence (benzine), de diluants ou d’alcool pour le nettoyer. Certains

liquides et substances chimiques peuvent endommager le boîtier de l’appareil ou son revêtement.

OCULAIRE

• Un oculaire agit comme une loupe quand un rayonnement solaire intense irradie la face frontale de

l’appareil. Par conséquent, il faut impérativement éviter d’exposer l’appareil à un rayonnement

solaire intense. Mettez l'appareil à l’ombre ou rangez-le de préférence dans sa housse aﬁn d’éviter

toute détérioration à l’intérieur de l’appareil.

CAPTEUR

• Les rayonnements d’altitude (p.ex. dans les avions) peuvent provoquer des défauts au niveau des

pixels.

COURROIE DE PORT

• Après la mise en place de la courroie de port, veuillez vous assurer que les fermetures sont

montées correctement pour éviter une chute de l’appareil.

• Les courroies de port sont en général en matière particulièrement solide. Pour cette raison, faites

en sorte qu’elles soient hors de portée des enfants. Ce ne sont pas des jouets, elles sont

potentiellement dangereuses pour les enfants à cause des risques de strangulation.

• Utilisez la courroie de port uniquement pour sa fonction de courroie de port. Toute autre utilisation

comporte des risques de blessures et peut entraîner, le cas échéant, une détérioration de la

courroie de port;elle est de ce fait prohibée.

• Il convient de ne pas utiliser des courroies de port sur les appareils photo/caméras ou les jumelles

lors d’activités sportives au cours desquelles il existe un risque particulièrement important de

rester accroché avec la courroie de port (p.ex. escalade en montagne ou autres sports de plein

air comparables).

GARANTIE

En plus de la garantie légale assurée par le vendeur, Leica Camera AG accorde une garantie de 3 ans

pour ce produit Leica selon les conditions décrites ci-dessous. La garantie Leica ne limite en rien les

droits légaux du consommateur selon la législation nationale applicable, ni les droits du consomma-

teur vis-à-vis du revendeur stipulés dans le contrat de vente conclu entre les deux parties.

CONDITIONS DE LA GARANTIE

Avec l’achat de cette caméra thermique Leica, vous avez fait l’acquisition d’un produit fabriqué dans

le respect des directives de qualité spéciﬁques et contrôlé par des spécialistes expérimentés lors de

chacune des étapes de fabrication. La garantie de 3 ans prévue pour ce produit est prise en charge

par nous à compter de la date de la vente par un revendeur agréé selon les conditions suivantes:

1. En cas de réclamations reposant sur une erreur de fabrication, nous prenons en charge

l’ensemble des coûts de matériel occasionnés pendant l’ensemble de la période de la garantie. À

notre discrétion, nous réparerons le produit défectueux, nous remplacerons les pièces défec-

tueuses ou le produit complet par un produit en état impeccable de même type. Tous droits

complémentaires, indiﬀéremment de leur type et de leur motif juridique sont exclus en rapport

avec la présente garantie.

2. Sont exclues de la garantie les pièces d’usure, comme les bonnettes, les éléments revêtus de

cuir, les armatures, la courroie de port ainsi que les accessoires. Ceci s’applique également pour

les détériorations de surfaces.

3. La garantie ne pourra pas être invoquée si le défaut constaté est dû à une utilisation incorrecte

(cela pouvant inclure l’utilisation d’accessoires d’autres marques), à l’intervention de personnes

et d’ateliers non agréés ou si le numéro de fabrication a été rendu illisible.

4. Les droits de garantie ne peuvent être invoqués que sur présentation de la facture originale, sur

laquelle ﬁgurent la date d’achat, l’adresse et la signature du revendeur agréé.

5. Pour bénéﬁcier de la garantie, veuillez envoyer le produit avec la facture originale et une

description du problème au service Customer Care de Leica Camera AG ou à l’une des

représentations nationales Leica.

Les modèles Calonox de Leica sont protégés contre l'eau (1 m, 30 min) et la poussière.

L’appareil a été testé dans des conditions de laboratoire contrôlées et est classiﬁé IP67 selon DIN EN 60529. Veuillez noter que

la protection contre les projections d’eau et la poussière n'est pas permanente et diminue au ﬁl du temps. La garantie ne couvre

pas les dommages dus aux liquides. L’ouverture de l’appareil par un revendeur ou un partenaire de service non agréé entraîne

l’extinction de la garantie concernant les projections d’eau et la poussière.
