DESCRIZIONE / DESCRIPTION
Il BY PASS meccanico telescopico a sportello universale è adatto all’installazione su plenum in LAMIERA-PAL. La
funzione del BY PASS è quella di compensare l’eccesso di portata d’aria, che si genera nei sistemi multi zona quando
la maggior parte delle serrande/bocchette è chiusa.
L’eccesso d’aria genera rumorosità dovuta a fruscii nelle zone che risultano ancora aperte, il BY PASS contribuisce a
limitare tale fenomeno. Il bilanciamento del BY PASS viene realizzato con l’installazione di dadi e bulloni, avvitati nelle
apposite sedi, con funzione di contrappeso ed avviene in fase di avviamento dell’impianto.
The telescopic mechanical BY-PASS with universal door is suitable for installation on a PAL-SHEET METAL PLENUM. The
function of the BY-PASS is to compensate for the excess air flow, which is generated in multi-zone systems when most of
the dampers/vents are closed.
The excess air generates noise due to rustling in the zones that are still open; the BY-PASS helps to limit this phenomenon.
The BY-PASS is balanced by installing nuts and bolts, screwed into the appropriate housings, which act as a counterweight,
and this is done during the system start-up phase.
CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE / TECHNICAL FEATURES
Realizzato in lamiera zincata, completo di dadi e bulloni per contrappeso (misura L=170 misura variabile H= 190-240-310mm).
Made of galvanised sheet metal, complete with nuts and bolts for counterweight (size L=170 variable size H = 190-240-310mm).

/ MOUNTING THE MECHANICAL BY-PASS WITH TELESCOPIC DOOR ON SHEET METAL PLENUM
1. Il BY PASS deve essere installato su una delle due uscite laterali del plenum.
2. Per questa tipologia di plenum sono già presenti fori pretranciati lateralmente. Per mezzo di un martello in
plastica, sfondare la lamiera dal foro pre-trancio e con un taglierino rifilare l’isolante all’interno in base alla
circonferenza eliminando residui di questo. (Fig.1-2)
ATTENZIONE! UN ATTACCO LATERALE DEL PLENUM È SEMPRE OCCUPATO DAL BY PASS!
WARNING! ONE SIDE CONNECTOR OF THE PLENUM IS ALWAYS OCCUPIED BY THE BY-PASS!
1. The BY-PASS must be installed on one of the two side outlets of the plenum.
2. For this type of plenum, there are already some pre-punched holes on the side. Using a rubber hammer, open the
pre-punched holes and use a cutter to trim the internal insulation based on the circumference, eliminating any
residues. (Fig.1-2)

5. Fissare il profilo ad ‘’L’’, già installato sul by pass sul fianco laterale del plenum (DX/SX) tramite viti TC4
autoforanti in dotazione. (Fig.7)
5. Attach the L-shaped profile, already installed on the by-pass, to the side of the plenum (RH/LH) using the self-
drilling TC4 screws supplied. (Fig.7)

UN ATTACCO LATERALE DEL PLENUM È SEMPRE OCCUPATO DAL BY PASS!

1. Per questa tipologia di plenum eseguire il taglio laterale utilizzando un seghetto alternativo. (Fig.1-2)

2. Aspirare e soffiare i residui di taglio per evitare che entrino in circolo nell’impianto e possano causare danni allo
stesso.
3. Rivestire la bocca del by pass con la guarnizione in spugna autoadesiva in modo che al montaggio dello stesso sia
a contatto con il PAL. (Fig.3)
2. Suck up and blow any cutting residues to prevent them from entering the system and damaging it.
3. Cover the by-pass opening with the self- adhesive sponge gasket so that it is in contact with the PAL when installed. (Fig.3)
Un plenum in PAL, salvo condizioni particolari in fase d’ordine, è profondo 30cm. La feritoia che si viene a creare per
aggiungere il by pass telescopico è di circa 22cm posizionato a circa 7/8cm da entrambi i lati e per tutta la profondità
e a 2cm da entrambi i lati per tutta l’altezza.
A PAL plenum, except in special conditions when ordered, is 30cm deep. The slot created to add the telescopic by-pass is
about 22cm positioned about 7/8cm from both sides and for the entire depth and 2cm from both sides for the entire height.

4. Fissare il profilo a ‘’L’’, già installato sul by pass, sul fianco laterale del plenum (DX/SX) utilizzando le viti in
dotazione con gli appositi dadi per il bloccaggio.(Fig.4)

supplied with the special lock nuts (Fig.4).

Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve essere smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani. Può essere
consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle amministrazioni
comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio. Per rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire
separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio del contenitore di spazzatura
mobile barrato.
At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of with household waste. It can be deposited at
a dedicated recycling centre run by local councils, or at retailers who provide such a service. To highlight the
requirement to dispose of household electrical items separately, there is a crossed-out waste paper basket
symbol on the product.
La garanzia ha durata di 1 (uno) anno a decorrere dalla data di consegna indicata sul d.d.t (bolla). E’ prevista altresì
l’estensione d’ufficio, a titolo gratuito, per il secondo anno (due anni complessivi di garanzia) con decorrenza sempre
dalla data indicata nel d.d.t di consegna (bolla).
L’azienda fornitrice garantisce la qualità dei materiali impiegati e la corretta realizzazione dei componenti. La garanzia
copre difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione e si intende relativa alla fornitura dei pezzi in sostituzione di qualsiasi
componente che presenti difetti, senza che possa venir reclamata alcuna indennità, interesse o richiesta di danni.
La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
• trasporto non idoneo;
• installazione non conforme a quanto specificato in questo manuale di installazione uso e manutenzione;
• la non osservanza delle specifiche tecniche di prodotto;
• quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il reclamo del cliente
sia coperto dalla garanzia e notificato nei termini e modalità richiesta dal fornitore, lo stesso si impegnerà, a sua
discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto o le parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
The warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date indicated on the delivery note / waybill.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of the components. The
warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers to the supply of spare parts of any components
featuring defects, without any compensation, interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to:
incorrect transportation;
installation not compliant with that specified in this installation, use and maintenance manual;
non-observance of product technical specifications;
Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the
customer complaint is covered by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and
in the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion,
to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.
