Product Operation
These models feature a variable trigger and an automatic shut-o.
The variable trigger feature allows an operator to regulate the power output of the tool through
manipulation of the trigger lever. Power output will increase as the trigger lever is pressed in,
with maximum power output occurring when the trigger lever is fully depressed. Power output
will decrease as the trigger lever is released.
The automatic shut-o feature shuts o power to the motor when the motor is stalled. When
tightening a fastener, the motor will stall when the tool is unable to tighten the fastener any
further, so automatic shut-o will occur at this condition. When attempting to loosen a fastener,
the motor will stall if the tool is unable to move the fastener, so automatic shut-o will occur at
this condition also. When automatic shut-o occurs, the trigger lever must be fully released and
then pressed again to restart the tool. After automatic shut-o occurs, the tool can continue to
be used as a manually-operated ratchet, provided that the maximum torque limit specied for
that particular model is not exceeded.
Parts and Maintenance
For routine maintenance:
Monthly, inject 1 cm
3
of Ingersoll Rand #70 grease between the ratchet housing and the
yoke to lubricate the drive bushing.
After every 3 months of use, disassemble the ratchet head and lubricate the components with
2 cm
3
of Ingersoll Rand #70 grease.
After every 6 months of use, disassemble the gearing and lubricate the components with
1 cm
3
of Ingersoll Rand #67 grease.
All other maintenance and tool repair should only be carried out by an authorized Service
Center. For the nearest location, visit www.irtools.com/locator.
Refer all communications to the nearest Ingersoll Rand Oce or Distributor.
Environmental Protection
When the life of Ingersoll Rand electrical product has expired, it must be recycled in accordance
with all applicable standards and regulations (local, state, country, federal, etc.). Improper

Funcionamiento del producto
Estos modelos presentan un gatillo variable y un bloqueo automático.
La función de gatillo variable permite que el operario regule el corte de alimentación de la
herramienta mediante la palanca de activación de gatillo. La potencia aumentará a medida que
se presione el gatillo y alcanza el máximo cuando la palanca del gatillo está presionada hasta el
fondo. La potencia disminuirá a medida que se libere el gatillo.
La función de bloqueo automático corta la alimentación del motor cuando el motor se atasca.
Al apretar el elemento de sujeción, el motor se atascará cuando la herramienta sea incapaz de
apretar más, de forma que se producirá el bloqueo automático. Al intentar aojar el elemento
de sujeción, el motor se atascará cuando la herramienta sea incapaz de moverlo, de forma que
también se producirá el bloqueo automático. Cuando se produce este bloqueo automático,
la palanca de activación del gatillo deberá liberarse por completo y, a continuación, volver a
presionarse para reiniciar la herramienta. Tras el bloqueo automático, la herramienta podrá
seguir utilizándose como un trinquete manual, siempre que no se exceda el límite máximo de
par especicado para ese modelo en concreto.

Lors de l'emploi de ce produit en tant que clé à cliquet à fonctionnement manuel, ne
dépassez pas le couple maximum indiqué dans le tableau. Le dépassement de ce couple
risque d'endommager le produit et en annulera la garantie.
Fonctionnement du produit
Ces modèles disposent d'un déclenchement variable et d'un arrêt automatique.
La fonction de déclenchement variable permettent à l'opérateur de régler la puissance de sortie
de l'outil grâce au levier de déclenchement. La puissance de sortie augmentera dès que vous
appuierez sur le levier, et le maximum sera atteint à la pression complète du levier. La puissance
de sortie diminuera lorsque que le levier sera relâché.
La fonction d'arrêt automatique coupe l'alimentation du moteur de l'outil dès le calage du
moteur. Lors du serrage d'un dispositif de xation, le moteur calera lorsque l'outil ne pourra pas
serrer davantage le dispositif, auquel cas l'arrêt automatique interviendra. Lors du desserrage
d'un dispositif de xation, le moteur calera si l'outil ne peut pas desserrer le dispositif, auquel
cas l'arrêt automatique se produira également. Si l'arrêt automatique survient, le levier de
déclenchement doit être entièrement relâché et il sura d'appuyer à nouveau dessus pour
redémarrer l'outil. Après arrêt automatique, l'outil peut encore être utilisé en tant que cliquet à
fonctionnement manuel, à condition que la limite de couple maximum spéciée pour ce modèle
particulier ne soit pas dépassée.
Pièces détachées et maintenance
Pour la maintenance préventive :
Chaque mois, injectez 1 cm
3
de graisse Ingersoll Rand n°70 entre le boîtier et l'étrier du
cliquet de façon à lubrier la douille d'entraînement.
Tous les 3 mois, démontez la tête du cliquet et lubriez les composants avec 2 cm

de graisse

Après 6 mois d'utilisation, démontez les roulements et lubriez les composants avec

Procedure di impiego
Questi modelli sono dotati di interruttore di azionamento variabile a grilletto e di dispositivo di
spegnimento automatico.
Con la levetta di azionamento variabile, un solo operatore può regolare la potenza in uscita
dell'utensile agendo sulla levetta del meccanismo di azionamento. La potenza in uscita
aumenta progressivamente premendo la levetta di azionamento, raggiungendo il massimo
quando la levetta è premuta no in fondo. La potenza in uscita diminuisce invece togliendo
progressivamente il dito dalla levetta di azionamento.
Il dispositivo di spegnimento automatico toglie l'alimentazione al motorino quando questo è in
stallo. Nel caso del serraggio di un dispositivo di ssaggio, il motore si arresta quando l'utensile
non riesce a serrare ulteriormente il dispositivo di ssaggio, e in queste condizioni si verica
lo spegnimento automatico. Se invece si sta svitando un dispositivo di ssaggio, il motorino
si arresta se l'utensile non riesce a far muovere il dispositivo di ssaggio, e anche in queste
condizioni si verica lo spegnimento automatico. Al momento dello spegnimento automatico,
per riavviare l'utensile, togliere prima il dito dalla levetta di azionamento e poi premerla di
nuovo. Dopo che si è vericato uno spegnimento automatico, l’utensile può continuare a essere
usato come chiave a cricchetto manuale, a condizione che non venga superato il limite di coppia
consentito per quel modello nel funzionamento manuale.
Ricambi e manutenzione
Per la manutenzione ordinaria:
Iniettare mensilmente 1 cm
3
di grasso Ingersoll Rand n. 70 tra l’alloggiamento del cricchetto
e la forcella per lubricare la boccola di azionamento.
Ogni 3 mesi di utilizzo, smontare la testa cricchetto e lubricarne i componenti con 2 cm

di
grasso Ingersoll Rand n. 70.
Ogni 6 mesi di utilizzo, smontare gli ingranaggi e lubricarne i componenti con

HINWEIS
Bei der Verwendung dieses Produkts als manuell betriebener Ratschenschlüssel das in
der Tabelle aufgeführte maximale Drehmoment nicht überschreiten. Das Überschreiten
dieses Drehmoments kann das Produkt beschädigen und hebt die Garantie auf.
Betrieb des Produkts
Diese Modelle verfügen über einen variablen Auslöser und eine automatische Sperre.
Der variable Auslöser gestattet es dem Benutzer, die Ausgangskraft des Werkzeugs über die
Veränderung der Stellung des Auslöserhebels zu regulieren. Die Ausgangskraft steigt, wenn
der Auslöserhebel hineingedrückt wird und ist bei maximaler Ausgangskraft, wenn der Hebel
vollständig gedrückt wird. Die Ausgangskraft vermindert sich, wenn der Auslöserhebel
freigegeben wird.
Die automatische Sperrvorrichtung sperrt die Stromzufuhr zum Motor, wenn er abgewürgt
wird. Wenn beim Anziehen eines Befestigungselements das Werkzeug nicht in der Lage ist, das
Befestigungselement weiter anzuziehen, wird unter dieser Bedingung die automatische Sperre
ausgelöst. Wenn beim Lösen eines Befestigungselements das Werkzeug nicht in der Lage ist,
das Befestigungselement weiter zu bewegen, löst auch diese Bedingung die automatische
Sperre aus. Wird diese automatische Sperre ausgelöst, muss der Auslöserhebel vollständig
freigegeben und dann erneut gedrückt werden, um das Werkzeug wieder zu starten. Nachdem
die automatische Sperre ausgelöst wirde, kann das Werkzeug weiter als handbetriebe Ratsche
verwendet werden, wobei die maximale Drehmomentbegrenzung für das jeweilige Modell nicht
überschritten werden darf.

Bedoeld gebruik:
Deze snoerloze ratelsleutels zijn bedoeld om schroefdraadbevestigingen te verwijderen
en te plaatsen.
WAARSCHUWING
Zorg voor een verantwoorde afvoer van accu's of recycle deze. Niet in de accu boren en
deze niet verbranden. Het niet op gepaste wijze afvoeren van accu's kan gevaar opleveren
voor het milieu of lichamelijk letsel veroorzaken.
Gebruik gereedschappen alleen met Ingersoll Rand accu's en acculaders van de juiste
spanning. Het gebruik van andere accu's kan risico op brand, lichamelijk letsel of materiële
schade veroorzaken.

kan dit product radiostoringen veroorzaken. Dit product is niet bedoeld voor gebruik in

OPMERKING
Overschrijd bij gebruik van dit product als handbediende ratelsleutel niet het maximale
koppel zoals aangegeven in de tabel. Overschrijding van dit koppel kan leiden tot
beschadiging van het product en ongeldigheid van de garantie.
Bediening product
Deze modellen bevatten een variabele trekker en automatische uitschakeling.
De variabele trekker stelt de bediener in staat om het geleverde vermogen van het gereedschap
te regelen via de trekkerhendel. Het geleverde vermogen neemt toe als de trekkerhendel
wordt ingedrukt en het maximale geleverde vermogen treedt op bij een volledig ingedrukte
trekkerhendel. Het geleverde vermogen neemt af naarmate de trekkerhendel wordt losgelaten.
De automatische uitschakeling schakelt de voeding naar de motor uit als de motor vastloopt.
Wanneer een bevestiging wordt vastgedraaid, loopt de motor vast zodra het gereedschap de
bevestiging niet verder kan vastdraaien en in deze toestand vindt automatische uitschakeling
plaats. Wanneer wordt geprobeerd een bevestiging los te draaien, loopt de motor vast als het
gereedschap de bevestiging niet kan bewegen en in deze toestand vindt ook automatische
uitschakeling plaats. Bij automatische uitschakeling moet de trekkerhendel volledig worden
losgelaten en vervolgens weer worden ingedrukt om het gereedschap opnieuw te starten.
Na automatische uitschakeling kan het gereedschap nog worden gebruikt als handbediende
ratel indien het maximale koppel dat is voorgeschreven voor dat bepaalde model niet wordt
overschreden.
Onderdelen en onderhoud

Milieubescherming
Als het elektrische Ingersoll Rand product niet meer wordt gebruikt vanwege ouderdom,
