TORQUE WRENCH SETTINGS
The screw code 680700 is tightened to 1 Nm (0,1 kgm).
The screws code 850670 are tightened to 10 Nm (1 kgm).
The screws code 881470 are tightened to 10 Nm (1 kgm).
The screws code 1260760 are tightened to 3 Nm (0,3 kgm).
The screws code 1260780 for side cap are tightened to 5 Nm (0,5 kgm), for
body are tightened to 3 Nm (0,3 kgm).
The screws code 1343510 are tightened to 10 Nm (1 kgm).
LUBRICATION
Before starting the pump, check the correct oil level in the carter. Kg 0,11
of “SAE 30W ” is to be used. Change the oil after the rst 50 working hours
and then after every 500 working hours.

COUPLES DE SERRAGE
Vis code 680700 doit être serrée à 1 Nm (0,1 kgm).
Vis code 850670 doivent être serrées à 10 Nm (1 kgm).
Vis code 881470 doivent être serrées à 10 Nm (1 kgm).
Vis code 1260760 doivent être serrées à 3 Nm (0,3 kgm).
Vis code 1260780 pour couvercle latéral doivent être serrées à 5 Nm (0,5
kgm), pour corps doivent être serrées à 3 Nm (0,3 kgm).
Vis code 1343510 doivent être serrées à 10 Nm (1 kgm).
LUBRIFICATION
Avant la mise en service de la pompe s’assurer que l’huile dans le carter
soit à son juste niveau. L’huile à utiliser est “SAE 30 W”, quantité 0,11 kg.
Changer l’huile aprés les premières 50 heures de fonctionnement et
succesivement toutes les 500 heures de travail.

Schraube Kode 680700 mit 1 Nm (0,1 kgm) befestigen.
Schrauben Kode 850670 mit 10 Nm (1 kgm) befestigen.
Schrauben Kode 881470 mit 10 Nm (1 kgm) befestigen.
Schrauben Kode 1260760 mit 3 Nm (0,3 kgm) befestigen.
Schrauben Kode 1260780 für seitlichen Deckel werden mit 5 Nm (0,5 kgm)
befestigen, und für Körper werder mit 3 Nm (0,3 kgm) befestigen.
Schrauben Kode 1343510 mit 10 Nm (1 kgm) befestigen.
SCHMIERUNG
Vor der Inbetriebnahme der Pumpe Ölstand im Kurbelgehäuse
überprüfen. Zur Ölfüllung 0,11 kg “SAE 30W” verwenden. Ölwechsel
nach den ersten 50 Betriebsstunden und dann alle 500 Betriebsstunden
vornehmen.

Tornillo código 680700: cerrar con 1 Nm (0,1 kgm).
Tornillos código 850670: cerrar con 10 Nm (1 kgm).

LUBRICACION
Antes de poner en funcionamiento la bomba asegurarse que el nivel de
aceite en el carter sea justo. El aceite que debe utilisarse es “SAE 30W” en
la cantidad de 0,11 kg. Sustituir el aceite despuès de las primeras 50 horas
de funcionamiento y sucesivamente cada 500 horas de trabajo.

Prima dell’avviamento della pompa assicurarsi che l’olio nel carter sia
al giusto livello. L’olio da usare è “SAE 3W0” nella quantità di 0,11 kg.
Sostituire l’olio dopo le prime 50 ore di funzionamento e successivamente
ogni 500 ore di lavoro.
