Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam, bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen. Bitte bewahren Sie diese

Bedienungsanleitung zum späteren Nachschlagen auf.

Sicherheitshinweise

Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und

darüber und von Personen mit reduzierten

physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen

Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder

Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder

bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes

Warnung: Um Überhitzung zu vermeiden,

decken Sie das Gerät bitte nicht ab!

Positionierung des Geräts

Das Gerät darf nur bei mindestens 50 cm Abstand von der Wand oder anderen Objekten betrieben werden.

Positionieren Sie bitte den Luftauslass so, dass das der Raum optimal beheitzt werden kann; vermeiden Sie

bitte Ecken sowie geringe Abstände zu Wänden, Böden und Decken.

Inbetriebnahme

Stromversorgung: 220-240V ~, 50Hz, 2000W

An/Aus Modus Zeiteinstellung Oszillation

Bitte nehmen Sie das Heizgerät vorsichtig aus der Plastiktüte und dem Karton.

Bitte stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine feste, ebene Fläche.

Bitte stellen Sie den Hauptschalter auf die "Off"-Position und stecken Sie den Netzstecker des Stromkabels

in die Steckdose (220-240V). Stellen Sie nun den Hauptschalter bitte auf "On".

Befindet sich das Gerät im Standby-Modus ist, so sind alle Tasten außer der Ein / Aus-Taste gesperrt. Bitte

drücken Sie „ON / OFF“ einmal, um das Gerät zu betreiben. Drücken Sie „ON / OFF“ bitte erneut, um das

Gerät auszuschalten. Sobald das Gerät im Betrieb ist, können Sie folgende Auswahl treffen:

Niedrige Leistung: 1200W (betätigen Sie bitte die Modus-Taste)

Hohe Leistung: 2000W (betätigen Sie bitte die Modus-Taste)

Timer: von 1 bis 8 Stunden (betätigen Sie bitte die Timer-Taste)

Mit der Timerfunktion können Sie die Dauer des Betriebs von 1 Stunde bis 8 Stunden einstellen. Mit jedem

Drücken der Timer-Taste erhöhen Sie die Dauer des Betriebs um je 1 Stunde. Wenn die Zeiteinstellung

eingegeben ist, zählt der Timer die Stunden in halben und vollen Stunden herunter und zeigt auf dem Display

die verbleibende Betriebszeit an, bis das Gerät den Betrieb einstellt. Bitte drücken Sie die Timer-Taste noch

einmal, nachdem das Display 8 Stunden anzeigt, so wird das Gerät auf Dauerbetrieb zurückgesetzt.

Oszillation: Sie können das Gerät von links nach rechts oszillieren lassen, indem Sie die Taste SWING

betätigen. Alle Funktionen werden auf dem LED Display angezeigt.

Warnung

Bevor Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen, sollten Sie das Gerät ausschalten und für 30 bis 60 Sekunden

abkühlen lassen, um Bauteile im Inneren zu schützen.

Fernbedienung 1. Bitte Installieren Sie eine Knopfzellen-Batterie CR2025 (nicht im

Lieferumfang enthalten)

2. Alle Funktionen der manuellen Kontrolle über das Display des Geräts

funktionieren identisch mit der Fernbedienung.

Überhitzungsschutz

Das Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgestattet, der das Gerät automatisch ausschaltet, wenn

Überhitzungsgefahr besteht, z. B. bei vollständiger oder teilweiser Blockierung des Luftauslasses. In diesem

Fall ziehen Sie bitte den Netzstecker und warten etwa 30 Minuten, bis das Gerät abgekühlt ist. Anschließend

entfernen Sie bitte das Objekt, das den Luftauslass blockiert. Schalten Sie das Gerät nun bitte wieder ein. Das

Gerät sollte jetzt wieder ordnungsgemäß funktionieren. Sollte das Problem weiterhin bestehen, wenden Sie sich

bitte an Ihren Verkäufer.

Sicherheitskontrolle

Um Schäden und Gefahren durch Überhitzung zu vermeiden, ist Ihre Heizung mit einer Schutzvorrichtung

ausgestattet, so dass das Gerät bei einer Überhitzung bis zu einer gewissen Temperatur abgekühlt wird.

Aufgrund der eingebauten Umkippschutz kann die Überhitzungsschutzfunktion nicht aktiviert werden, wenn das

Gerät horizontal steht. Bitte beachten Sie dieses und betreiben Sie Ihr Gerät nur in der aufrechten Position.

Reinigung

• Bitte entfernen Sie das Gerät vor jeder Reinigung von der Stromzufuhr und lassen Sie es abkühlen.

Tauchen Sie das Gerät und seine elektrischen Bestandteile bitte nie unter Wasser, um Stromschläge zu

vermeiden.

• Bitte verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Außenflächen ein feuchtes, weiches Tuch und zum Abtrocknen

ein trockenes Tuch.

• Bitte nutzen Sie keine aggressiven und chemischen Reinigungsmittel sowie keine scheuernden

Putzmittel, wie z.B. Stahlwolle.

• Wenn Sie das Gerät für längere Zeit nicht nutzen, lagern Sie es bitte staubgeschützt an einem trockenen

Ort.

Für den Reklamationsfall

• Möchten Sie das Gerät reklamieren, so können Sie das binnen 24 Monate ab Kaufdatum (Quittung) tun.

• Ein kostenloser Ersatz oder eine kostenlose Reparatur ist bei vorheriger unsachgemäßer

Produktmanipulation ausgeschlossen.

• Defekte an Verschleißteilen, Verbrauchsmaterialien, ebenso wie Reinigung, Wartung oder Austausch

besagter Teile sind folglich kostenpflichtig.

• Falls Sie eine Reklamation durchführen wollen, so bringen Sie bitte das gesamte Gerät in der

Originalverpackung und mit Kaufbeleg zu Ihrem Händler. Für eine zeitnahe und bequeme

• Ohne Kaufbeleg erfolgt grundsätzlich keine kostenlose Reparatur oder ein Austausch.

• Für den Fall, dass der Reklamationsfall analog unserer Service Bestimmungen erfolgt, so werden alle

Defekte des Gerätes oder des Zubehörs aufgrund von Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern durch

kostenlose Reparatur oder, nach unserem Ermessen, durch Austausch des Gerätes beseitigt.

• Die Beschädigung von Zubehörteilen führt nicht automatisch zu einem kostenlosen Austausch des

gesamten Gerätes. Kontaktieren Sie in diesen Fällen bitte Ihren Fachhändler. Glasbruch oder Bruch von

Plastikteilen ist immer kostenpflichtig.

Safety Precautions

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8

years and above and persons with reduced

physical, sensory and mental capabilities or lack of

experience and knowledge if they have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards

involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not

be made by children without supervision.

Children of less than 3 years should be kept away

unless continuously supervised.

Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years

shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that

it has been placed or installed in its intended normal

operating position and they have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards

• Do not place the heater directly under a power

socket, near curtains, drapes or other flammable

• Never immerse the appliance, it’s cord and plug into

Warning: In order to avoid overheating, do

not cover the heater!

Positioning of the appliance

The heater should only be operated at minimum distance of 50cm from any wall or other object. Position the air

flow in order to optimize the heating of the room. Avoid corners, small volumes, floors and ceilings.

Operation

Operating voltage: 220-240V ~, 50Hz, 2000W

Carefully remove the heater from the plastic bag and the carton.

Place the heater on a firm leveled surface.

Set the main switch to the "Off" position and plug the mains plug of the power cable into the socket (220-

240V). Now set the main switch to "On".

If the device is in standby mode, all keys except the On / Off key are locked. Please press "ON / OFF" once

to operate the unit. Press "ON / OFF" again to turn off the unit. Once the unit is in operation, you can make

the following selections:

Low power: 1200W (confirm with the mode button)

High power: 2000W (confirm with the mode button)

Timer: from 1 to 8 hours (confirm with the timer button)

With the timer function you can set the duration of operation from 1 hour to 8 hours. Each time you press the

timer button, you increase the duration of operation by 1 hour. When the time setting is entered, the timer

counts down the hours in half and full hours and displays the remaining operating time until the unit stops

operating. Please press the timer button again after the display shows 8 hours to reset the unit to continuous

operation.

Oscillation: The heater can oscillate from left to right by pressing the SWING button. All functions are shown

on the LED display.

Warning

Before unplugging the unit from the wall outlet, turn it off and allow it to cool for 30 to 60 seconds to protect

internal components.

Remote control 1. Please install a button cell battery CR2025 (not included)

2. All functions of the manual control via the unit’s display are identical to the

functions on the remote control.

UP/DOWN: Adjust the temperature from 10-49°C.

CANCEL: You can cancel the temperature setting.

Overheating protection

The unit is equipped with an overheating protection which automatically switches off the unit if there is a risk of

overheating, e.g. if the air outlet is completely or partially blocked. In this case, unplug the appliance from the

wall outlet and wait about 30 minutes for the appliance to cool down. Then remove the object blocking the air

outlet. Now switch on the unit again. The unit should now function properly again. If the problem persists, please

contact your point of sale.

Safety control

To prevent damage and danger due to overheating, your heater is equipped with a protective device so that the

device cools down to a certain temperature in the event of overheating. Due to the built-in overturn protection,

the overheat protection function cannot be activated when the unit is in a horizontal position. Please observe

this and operate your device only in the upright position.

Cleaning

• Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and let it cool before cleaning. Never immerse

the appliance in water to prevent electric shocks.

• Wipe over the exterior of the appliance with a soft wet cloth and then wipe dry with a dry cloth.

• Please do not use any aggressive or chemical cleaning agents or abrasive cleaning agents such as

steel wool.

• If you do not use the appliance for a long period of time, please store it in a dry place protected from

dust.

In case of complaint

• You can claim the device within 24 months from date of purchase (receipt).

• A free replacement or repair will be excluded from prior improper product handling.

• Defects in wear parts, consumables, as well as cleaning, maintenance or replacement of said parts are

therefore with costs.

• If you want to make a complaint, please bring the entire device in its original packaging and with proof of

purchase to your dealer. For a timely and convenient service register, visit our website www.suntec-

• Without a proof of purchase, generally there will be no repair or replacement.

• In the event that the complaint case is analogous to our terms of service, all defects of the device or its

accessories due to material or manufacturing defects will be eliminated by repair or, at our discretion,

replacing the unit.

• The damage of accessories does not automatically lead to a free exchange of the whole device. In these

cases, please contact your dealer. Glass breakage, or breakage of plastic parts are always to charge.

• The dealer or repair service can perform the repair after the expiration of warranty against charge.

Note concerning protection of environment

This product must not be disposed of via normal household waste after its service life, but must be

taken to a collection station for the recycling of electrical and electronic devices. The symbol on the

product, the operating instructions or the packaging indicates such disposal procedures. The

materials are recyclable in accordance with their respective symbols. By means of re-use, material

recycling or any other form of recycling old appliances you are making an important contribution to

the protection of our environment.

Protección contra sobrecalentamiento

La unidad está equipada con una protección contra el sobrecalentamiento que se desconecta el aparato

efectuarán de forma gratuita o bien se le entregará un aparato nuevo.

• Si los daños afectan solo a los accesorios, no se efectuará automáticamente la entrega gratuita de un

aparato nuevo completo. En tal caso, póngase en contacto con el distribuidor especializado en el que

ha adquirido el aparato. La reparación de grietas o fracturas de las piezas de plástico se efectuará con

cargo al cliente.

• Una vez transcurrido el periodo de garantía, el distribuidor especializado o nuestro servicio técnico

realizarán las reparaciones con cargo al cliente.
