CONTROLLI SULLO STRUMENTO
/ CONTROLS ON THE INSTRUMENT
Controllare prima di qualsiasi utilizzo che:
• La pulizia dello strumento sia stata effettuata dopo l’ultimo utilizzo (vietato l’uso di detergenti o di sostanze
aggressive)
• Gli attacchi dello strumento non presentino parti danneggiate.
• La strumentazione utilizzata sia adeguata al tipo di gas utilizzato dall’impianto.
• Tutti i rubinetti dello strumento siano chiusi.
• Tutti gli indici dei quadranti di misurazione siano sullo 0 della scala della pressione.
Before use, always check that:
• The instrument has been cleaned after it was last used (do not use aggressive detergents or substances)
• The couplers of the instruments are not damaged.
• The instrument used is appropriate for the type of gas used in the plant.
• All the valves on the instrument are closed.
• All indices of the measuring dial are set to 0 on the pressure scale.

• Effettuare i controlli sullo strumento
• Collegare un estremità del tubo flex blu all’attacco 1/4 di bassa pressione(5), collegare l’altra estremità
all’attacco di servizio dell’impianto
• Azionare l’impianto nella funzione “climatizzazione” ed attendere che la pressione misurata si stabilizzi
• Leggere la pressione misurata dallo strumento sul manometro di bassa pressione (1)
• Controllare che la temperatura della tubazione in rame (alla quale e’ collegato lo strumento) corrisponda a
quella indicata dal manometro in corrispondenza alla pressione misurata.
CONTROLLO DELLA PRESSIONE DI ESERCIZIO IN BASSA
PRESSIONE (FUNZIONE CLIMATIZZAZIONE)
/ CHECKING THE OPERATING PRESSURE AT LOW
PRESSURE (AIR CONDITIONING FUNCTION)
• Effettuare i controlli sullo strumento
• Collegare un estremità del tubo flex rosso all’attacco 1/4 di alta pressione (6), collegare l’altra estremità
all’attacco di servizio dell’impianto
• Azionare l’impianto nella funzione “pompa di calore” ed attendere che la pressione misurata si stabilizzi
• Leggere la pressione misurata dallo strumento sul manometro di alta pressione (2)
• Controllare che la temperatura della tubazione in rame (alla quale e’ collegato lo strumento) corrisponda a
quella indicata dal manometro in corrispondenza alla pressione misurata.
CONTROLLO DELLA PRESSIONE DI ESERCIZIO IN ALTA
PRESSIONE (FUNZIONE POMPA DI CALORE)
/ CHECKING THE OPERATING PRESSURE AT HIGH
PRESSURE (HEAT PUMP FUNCTION)
• Perform checks on the instrument
• Connect one end of the blue flexible hose to the 1/4 low pressure coupler (5), connect the other end to the utility
coupler of the system
• Operate the system using the “air conditioning” function and wait for the measured pressure to stabilize
• Read the pressure measured by the instrument on the low pressure gauge (1)
• Check that the temperature of the copper pipe (to which the instrument is connected) corresponds to that indicated
by the pressure gauge at the measured pressure.
• Perform checks on the instrument
• Connect one end of the red flexible hose to the 1/4 low pressure coupler (6), connect the other end to the utility
coupler of the system
• Operate the system using the “heat pump” function and wait for the measured pressure to stabilize
• Read the pressure measured by the instrument on the high pressure gauge (2)
• Check that the temperature of the copper pipe (to which the instrument is connected) corresponds to that indicated
by the pressure gauge at the measured pressure.

• Effettuare i controlli sullo strumento
• Collegare un estremità del tubo flex blu all’attacco 1/4 di bassa pressione (5), collegare l’altra estremità
all’attacco di servizio dell’impianto
• Collegare un estremità del tubo flex giallo all’attacco 1/4 del vuoto (8), collegare l’altra estremità alla pompa
del vuoto munita di elettrovalvola
• Collegare un estremità del tubo flex rimanente (nel nostro caso rosso) all’attacco 1/4 di carica (7) e l’altra
estremità al rubinetto della bombola del gas facendo attenzione che questo sia chiuso
• Aprire il rubinetto di bassa pressione (3)
• Azionare la pompa e attendere che crei il vuoto all’interno dell’impianto e all’interno dei tubi flex
• Chiudere il rubinetto di bassa pressione (3)
• Aprire il rubinetto della bombola (il gas defluirà nel corpo dello strumento)
• Aprire lentamente il rubinetto di bassa pressione (3) e far entrare nell’impianto il quantitativo di gas
refrigerante richiesto dalle caratteristiche tecniche dell’impianto stesso
• Raggiunta la carica richiesta chiudere il rubinetto della bombola ed effettuare il recupero, tramite l’impianto,
del gas residuo nei tubi flex e dentro lo strumento
• Scollegare lo strumento e riporlo nell’apposita custodia.
OPERAZIONE DEL VUOTO E CARICA DELL’IMPIANTO
/ SYSTEM VACUUM AND CHARGING
• Perform checks on the instrument
• Connect one end of the blue flexible hose to the 1/4 low pressure coupler (5), connect the other end to the utility
coupler of the system
• Connect one end of the yellow flexible hose to the 1/4 vacuum coupler (8), connect the other end to the vacuum
pump equipped with a solenoid valve
• Connect one end of the remaining flexible hose (in our case red) to the 1/4 charge coupler (7) and the other end to
the gas cylinder valve making sure that the gas is closed
• Open the low pressure valve (3)
• Operate the pump and wait for it to create a vacuum inside the system and inside the flexible hoses
• Close the low pressure valve (3)
• Open the cylinder valve (the gas will drain into the body of the instrument)
• Slowly open the low pressure valve (3) and let the quantity of refrigerant gas required by the technical characteristics
of the system enter the system
• Once the required charge has been reached, close the cylinder valve and recover the residual gas in the flexible
pipes and inside the instrument through the system
• Disconnect the instrument and store it in the appropriate case.

Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve essere smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani. Può essere
consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle amministrazioni
comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio. Per rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire
separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio del contenitore di spazzatura
mobile barrato.
At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of with household waste. It can be deposited at
a dedicated recycling centre run by local councils, or at retailers who provide such a service. To highlight the
requirement to dispose of household electrical items separately, there is a crossed-out waste paper basket
symbol on the product.
La garanzia ha durata di 1 (uno) anno a decorrere dalla data di consegna indicata sul d.d.t (bolla). E’ prevista altresì
l’estensione d’ufficio, a titolo gratuito, per il secondo anno (due anni complessivi di garanzia) con decorrenza sempre
dalla data indicata nel d.d.t di consegna (bolla).
L’azienda fornitrice garantisce la qualità dei materiali impiegati e la corretta realizzazione dei componenti. La garanzia
copre difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione e si intende relativa alla fornitura dei pezzi in sostituzione di qualsiasi
componente che presenti difetti, senza che possa venir reclamata alcuna indennità, interesse o richiesta di danni.
La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
• trasporto non idoneo;
• installazione non conforme a quanto specificato in questo manuale di installazione uso e manutenzione;
• la non osservanza delle specifiche tecniche di prodotto;
• quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il reclamo del cliente
sia coperto dalla garanzia e notificato nei termini e modalità richiesta dal fornitore, lo stesso si impegnerà, a sua
discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto o le parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
The warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date indicated on the delivery note / waybill.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of the components. The
warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers to the supply of spare parts of any components
featuring defects, without any compensation, interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to:
incorrect transportation;
installation not compliant with that specified in this installation, use and maintenance manual;
non-observance of product technical specifications;
Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the
customer complaint is covered by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and
in the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion,
to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.
