DICHIARAZIONE OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE (OSS)
- SOLO PER CONTROLLI FIAMMA LMO... (CMO... / CMG...) -
In LMO... (CMO... / CMG...) sono integrati o collegati componenti di Open Source Software (OSS) e altri componenti di fornitori
terzi. L’utente ha diritto a ricevere, distribuire e/o modificare copia del codice del software open source per i componenti OSS, alle
condizioni previste dalle relative licenze, purché si tratti di GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License,
Modified BSD License e licenze MIT.
In caso di conflitti tra le condizioni di licenza Siemens e le condizioni di licenza del software open source, queste ultime prevalgono
sulle parti di software open source.
È permesso modificare i componenti proprietari Siemens nonché sottoporli a ingegneria inversa allo scopo di individuare i guasti
dovuti a tali modifiche, purché talicomponenti siano collegati a librerie gestite da GNU Lesser General Public License.
All’utente non è permesso divulgare informazioni derivanti dall’ingegneria inversa deicomponenti proprietari modificati.
Per quanto riguarda la modifica di componenti proprietari di terze parti non Siemens, fare riferimento alle condizioni di licenza dei
rispettivi fornitori.
Su richiesta scritta, entro 3 anni dalla data di acquisto del prodotto e dietro pagamento dei relativi costi, Siemens fornisce il codice
sorgente di tutti i componenti OSS di cui al link in basso ai sensi delle condizioni della licenza applicabile.

Embedded in, or bundled with, the LMO... (CMO.../CMG...) are open source software (OSS) components and other third-party
components identified below.
You may receive a copy of, distribute, and/or modify any open source code for the OSS component under the terms of their
respective licenses, which may be GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, the Modified BSD
License and the MIT license. In the event of conflicts between Siemens license conditions and the Open Source Software license
conditions, the Open Source Software conditions take precedence with respect to the Open Source Software portions of the
software.
You are permitted to modify proprietary components originating from Siemens and to engage in reverse engineering for purposes
of debugging such modifications, to the extent such components are linked to libraries licensed under the GNU Lesser General
Public License.
You are not permitted to distribute information resulting from such reverse engineering of the modified proprietary components. Your
