DESCRIZIONE
/ DESCRIPTION
La pompa nebulizzatrice per risparmio energetico “RW MINI” è un prodotto ideato per risolvere in maniera definitiva il
problema dello smaltimento della condensa da tutti gli impianti di climatizzazione, dirigendola verso l’esterno dove, alla
fine del percorso, si manifesta in una nuvola di micro gocce d’acqua che si dissolvono istantaneamente nell’atmosfera.
Il sistema è stato progettato per potersi integrare perfettamente con tutti gli impianti di condizionamento, esistenti o
da realizzare. Il sistema “RW MINI” si rende estremamente utile e, per la sua potenza, diventa essenziale in presenza
di percorsi lunghi e tortuosi ed inoltre può essere impiegato anche per nebulizzare l’acqua per bagnare piante e fiori.
/ The “RW MINI” energy-saving nebulizing pump was designed to solve once and for all any problems related to the disposal
of condensation from all air conditioning systems, by directing it outdoors where it appears as a cloud of micro drops of
water that instantly dissolve in the atmosphere. The system was designed to perfectly integrate with all existing or yet-to-
be-built air conditioning systems. The “RW MINI” system is extremely useful and its power makes it an essential feature in
the presence of long and winding paths; it can also be used to nebulize water that can be used to water plants and flowers.
Posizionare la pompa nebulizzatrice “RW MINI” in modo tale che risulti fissata in modo saldo al muro ed in bolla
utilizzando i fori di fissaggio del coperchio, in posizione protetta e riparata. Connettere opportunamente il tubo di
scarico condensa del climatizzatore con l’attacco presente sulla pompa “RW MINI”.
Successivamente installare il tubo alta pressione, dal lato di mandata della pompa. L’acqua verrà inviata agli ugelli
nebulizzatori ad una pressione di 12/15 bar. Nel tratto di tubazione che avrà una lunghezza opportuna (max 50mt)
a seconda delle esigenze dell’utilizzatore, si possono posizionare fino ad un massimo di 3 ugelli nebulizzatori ad una
distanza di circa 15/20 cm l’uno dall’altro.
L’acqua verrà quindi atomizzata in goccioline di soli 10 micron di diametro sul pacco di scambio dell’unità esterna, su
piante, fiori o in aria.
Nell’ eventualità si decida di far in modo che l’acqua nebulizzata dagli ugelli, venga diretta sul pacco di scambio
dell’unità esterna, si rende necessario l’utilizzo della staffa di fissaggio art. 12170092 (fornita come optional).
/ Position the “RW MINI” nebulizing pump in a protected and sheltered position and so that it is firmly fastened to the wall,
then level using the fixing holes of the cover.
Connect the condensation drain hose of the air conditioning unit to the connection on the “RW MINI” pump.
After that, install the high pressure hose on the delivery side of the pump. The water will be conveyed to the spray nozzles at
a pressure of 12/15 bar. Up to a 3 spray nozzles can be positioned at a distance of about 15/20 cm from each other along
the section of pipe; the length of the pipe depends on the needs of the user (max 50 m).
The water will then be atomised in droplets of only 10 microns in diameter on the exchange pack of the external unit, on
plants, flowers or in the air.
Should the water nebulized by the nozzles be directed to the exchange pack of the outdoor unit, it is necessary to use the
fixing bracket art. 12170092 (supplied as an optional item).

ALIMENTAZIONE ELETTRICA
/ POWER SUPPLY
Tutte le operazioni devono essere eseguite da personale qualificato, in accordo alle indicazioni sotto riportate e alla
Norma generale degli impianti elettrici CEI 64-8 (IE 362).
/ All operations must be carried out by qualified personnel, in accordance with the instructions below as well as with the
general Standard of electrical installations CEI 64-8 (IE 362).
IMPORTANTE!
Prima di effettuare la messa in opera di questo dispositivo assicurarsi che la pompa nebulizzatrice RW
MINI sia scollegata dalla rete elettrica.
Alimentare il circuito elettrico della pompa nebulizzatrice “RW-MINI”, collegando i cavi di alimentazione
(marrone,blu e giallo/verde ) alla rete elettrica.
La pompa nebulizzatrice RW-MINI dispone di un doppio contatto di allarme C-NO-NA 16A. Per il collegamento
elettrico, fare riferimento agli schemi elettrici presenti in questo foglio istruzioni. Si consiglia di utilizzare il contatto
di allarme per interrompere l’unità interna.
Importante: non interrompere MAI l’alimentazione della pompa nebulizzatrice.
/ The RW-MINI nebulizing pump has a double alarm contact C-NO-NA 16A.
For the electric connection, refer to the wiring diagrams present in this instruction sheet. It is recommended to use the alarm
contact to cut-off the external unit.
Important: NEVER interrupt the nebulizing pump power supply.
IMPORTANT!
Before commissioning this device, make sure that the nebulizing pump RW MINI is disconnected from the
electrical power supply.
Power the electrical circuit of the “RW-MINI” nebulizing pump by connecting the power cables (brown, blue and
yellow / green) to the mains.

SMALTIMENTO
DISPOSAL
Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve essere smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani. Può essere
consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle amministrazioni
comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio. Per rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire
separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio del contenitore di spazzatura
mobile barrato.
At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of with household waste. It can be deposited at
a dedicated recycling centre run by local councils, or at retailers who provide such a service. To highlight the
requirement to dispose of household electrical items separately, there is a crossed-out waste paper basket
symbol on the product.
GARANZIA
WARRANTY
La garanzia ha durata di 1 (uno) anno a decorrere dalla data di consegna indicata sul d.d.t (bolla). E’ prevista altresì
l’estensione d’ufficio, a titolo gratuito, per il secondo anno (due anni complessivi di garanzia) con decorrenza sempre
dalla data indicata nel d.d.t di consegna (bolla).
L’azienda fornitrice garantisce la qualità dei materiali impiegati e la corretta realizzazione dei componenti. La garanzia
copre difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione e si intende relativa alla fornitura dei pezzi in sostituzione di qualsiasi
componente che presenti difetti, senza che possa venir reclamata alcuna indennità, interesse o richiesta di danni.
La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
• trasporto non idoneo;
• installazione non conforme a quanto specificato in questo manuale di installazione uso e manutenzione;
• la non osservanza delle specifiche tecniche di prodotto;
• quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il reclamo del cliente
sia coperto dalla garanzia e notificato nei termini e modalità richiesta dal fornitore, lo stesso si impegnerà, a sua
discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto o le parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
The warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date indicated on the delivery note / waybill.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of the components. The
warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers to the supply of spare parts of any components
featuring defects, without any compensation, interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to:
incorrect transportation;
installation not compliant with that specified in this installation, use and maintenance manual;
non-observance of product technical specifications;
Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the
customer complaint is covered by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and
in the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion,
to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.
