DESCRIZIONE
NetMan 204 Solar è un accessorio che permette all’inverter di essere gestito e
controllato su una rete locale (LAN, Local Area Network); supporta i seguenti
protocolli:
Modbus/TCP – Fare riferimento alla guida completa della NetMan 204 Solar
per una descrizione completa della mappatura Modbus
Protocollo RFB (versione 3.8) – Utilizzare un software compatibile, come ad
esempio VNC, per connettersi allo schermo virtuale della NetMan 204 Solar
Protocollo UDP proprietario Sunvision 2, PVSER/UDP
Protocollo FTP
La scheda è compatibile con reti Ethernet 10/100Mbps IPv4/6.
L’inverter può quindi essere integrato facilmente in reti di medie/grandi dimensioni.
La NetMan 204 Solar registra in archivi storici giornalieri le misure e gli eventi visti
dall’inverter.
Per consultare i dati storici utilizzare il software SirioDataControl o Sunvision 2.

Porta di rete
La NetMan 204 Solar viene collegata alle reti Ethernet 10/100 Mbps mediante
connettore RJ45. Le spie luminose a LED integrate nel connettore descrivono lo
stato della rete:
LED a sinistra:
GIALLO FISSO: NetMan204 ha rilevato un collegamento valido.
GIALLO LAMPEGGIANTE: NetMan204 sta ricevendo o trasmettendo pacchetti
di dati.
LED a destra
VERDE FISSO: NetMan204 viene collegato a una rete funzionante alla velocità
di 100 megabit al secondo.
Porta Micro-USB
La NetMan 204 Solar non utilizza questa porta.
Porta Seriale
La NetMan 204 Solar mette a disposizione questa porta seriale alla quale è
possibile connettere uno strumento di misura della Potenza per attivare funzioni
speciali.
Led
Questo led rispecchia lo stato della NetMan 204 Solar:
ROSSO LAMPEGGIANTE: Aggiornamento software in corso.
OFF: funzionamento normale.
ROSSO FISSO: La NetMan 204 Solar non è riuscita nell’aggiornamento del
software.
Pulsante di Reset
Il pulsante di reset permette di riavviare la NetMan 204 Solar.
Per eseguire il reset, tenere premuto il pulsante di reset fino a quando il led rosso
inizia a lampeggiare (circa 2 secondi) e rilasciarlo.
UTENTI
È possibile accedere alla NetMan 204 Solar con i seguenti utenti:

Questo è l’utente FTP che può accedere ai file
storici a bordo della NetMan 204 Solar (vedi
software Sunvision 2 e SirioDataControl).

INSTALLAZIONE
PREDISPOSIZIONE DEI PONTICELLI
Il ponticello JP4 deve essere aperto solo quando la NetMan 204 Solar è
installata nei SIRIO EVO 10000 (p/n 6PVE10KA) and SIRIO EVO 12500
(p/n 6PVE12KA); in tutti gli altri modelli. JP4 deve essere chiuso.

INSTALLAZIONE DELLA SCHEDA
Liberare lo slot di espansione rimuovendo le due viti di ritenzione.
Inserire la NetMan 204 Solar nello slot.
Assicurare la NetMan 204 Solar utilizzando le due viti rimosse in precedenza.

CONFIGURAZIONE
La NetMan 204 Solar può essere configurata utilizzando il software
SirioDataControl, che può essere scaricato da www.aros-solar.com.
La NetMan 204 Solar viene fornita con la seguente configurazione di
rete:
Indirizzo IP: 192.168.1.200
Maschera di sottorete: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.254
La NetMan 204 alla sua accensione necessita di circa un minuto prima
di essere operativa; prima di questo tempo la scheda non sarà
configurabile.
Per cambiare la configurazione della NetMan 204 Solar, verificare che la scheda
sia connessa fisicamente alla rete e lanciare il software SirioDataControl su un Pc
o Mac sulla stessa rete. Per la configurazione vedere il manuale utente completo.

SAFETY
This part of the manual contains SAFETY precautions that must be followed
scrupulously.
The device has been designed for professional use and is therefore not
suitable for use in the home.
The device has been designed to operate only in closed environments. It
should be installed in rooms where there are no inflammable liquids, gas or
other harmful substances.
Take care that no water or liquids and/or foreign bodies fall into the device.
In the event of a fault and/or impaired operation of the device, do not attempt
to repair it but contact the authorized service centre.
The device must be used exclusively for the purpose for which it was
designed. Any other use is to be considered improper and as such

DESCRIPTION
NetMan 204 Solar is a device that allows inverter management through a LAN
(Local Area Network); the accessory supports the following network protocols:
Modbus/TCP – see more on Modbus mapping on the manual XXXXXXX
RFB Protocol (version 3.8) – Use any VNC compatible application to connect
to the board to see its virtual display
Sunvision 2 proprietary UDP protocol
Ftp protocol
The board is compatible with Ethernet 10/100Mbps IPv4/6 networks. The inverter
can therefore be integrated easily into medium and large-sized networks.
The device also records inverter values and events in the history log.
To view historical data you can use the SirioDataControl software or Sunvision 2
software.

Network port
NetMan 204 connects to 10/100 Mbps Ethernet networks by means of connector
RJ45. The LEDs built into the connector describe the status of the network:
Left LED:
SOLID YELLOW: NetMan204 has detected a valid link.
FLASHING YELLOW: NetMan204 is receiving or transmitting data packets.
Right LED
SOLID GREEN: NetMan204 is connected to a network operating at 100
Megabits per second.

Micro-USB port
NetMan 204 Solar doesn’t currently use the Micro-USB port.
Serial port
NetMan 204 Solar makes available a serial communication port to which you can
connect a RS-485/Modbus power meter for special functions.
Led
This led describes the status of NetMan 204 Solar:
SOLID RED: NetMan 204 Solar is not communicating with the inverter.
FLASHING RED: the board is currently updating software.
OFF: regular working.
Reset button
The reset button allows to reboot the NetMan 204 Solar.
To reset NetMan 204 Solar: keep press the reset button until the red led start
flashing (ca. 2 seconds) and then release it.

It is possible to access to NetMan 204 Solar with the following users:

(see SirioDataControl software)

INSTALLATION
Remove the cover of the inverter expansion slot by removing the two retaining
screws.
Insert NetMan 204 Solar in the slot.
Secure Netman 204 Solar to the slot using the two screws removed previously.
JUMPER SETTING
Jumper JP4 have to be open only when NetMan 204 Solar is installed in
SIRIO EVO 10000 (p/n 6PVE10KA) and SIRIO EVO 12500 (p/n
6PVE12KA); for all the others models, JP4 has to be closed.

CONFIGURATION
NetMan 204 Solar can be configured using SirioDataControl software; this
software can be downloaded from www.aros-solar.com.
NetMan 204 Solar comes provided as factory default with the following
network configuration:
IP address: 192.168.1.200
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.254
NetMan 204 needs approximately 1 minute to become operational from
when it is powered up or after a reboot; before this time the device may
not be configurable.
In order to change the configuration of NetMan 204 Solar, please verify that the
Netman 204 Solar is connected to a network and run the SirioDataControl software
on a Pc or Mac on the same network. Please refer to the complete user manual.
