1. Overview / Generalità

The units are fully factory wired. Only few connections need to be performed on site / L’unità

viene fornita pre-cablata. È necessario effettuare in sito solo alcuni collegamenti.

• Main power 400V/50Hz/3Ph+N+PE/ Alimentazione principale 400V/50Hz/3Ph+N+Terra

• R310E connection through RJ45 cable (10m RJ45 cable is included in the delivery) /

Collegamento pannello di controllo R310E alla scheda dell’unità attraverso cavo RJ45 (è incluso

nella fornitura un cavo RJ45 da 10m)

• Thermostat (optional) / Termostato (opzionale)

• External signals for remote control on main board (optional). See Installation manual / Segnali

3. R310E HMI instruction / Istruzioni interfaccia R310E

1. Speed setting

Speed steps are changed by pushing the arrow

button.

Available options:

OFF, step 1 (-), step 2 (=), step 3 (=)

2. Speed indication

Actual speed step is indicated by a green Led

light.

3. Heating power stage setting

Heating power stages are changed by pushing

the arrow button.

Available options:

OFF, stage 1 (1), stage 2 (2), stage 3 (3).

4. Heating power stage indication

Actual heating stage is indicated by a green

Led light.

1. Impostazione velocità

Lo step di velocità viene impostato premendo il

pulsante con le frecce.

Opzioni disponibili:

OFF, step 1 (-), step 2 (=), step 3 (=)

2. Indicazione velocità

Lo step impostato è indicato dalla luce verde del

Led.

3. Impostazione step di riscaldamento

Lo step di riscaldamento viene impostato pre-

mendo il pulsante con le frecce.

Opzioni disponibili:

OFF, step 1 (1), step 2 (2), step 3 (3).

4. Indicazione step di riscaldamento

Lo step di riscaldamento è indicato dalla luce

verde del Led.

4. R310E Operating modes / Modalità operative R310E

4.1 Manual mode / Modalità manuale

Air curtain works through R310E HMI. Fan speed step and heating power stage are set manually.

La lama d’aria opera tramite l’interfaccia R310E. Gli step di velocità e riscaldamento sono

impostati manualmente.

Allowed heating power stages are related to fan speed step as shown in the table below.

Gli step di riscaldamento consentiti sono legati allo step di velocità selezionato come descritto

nella tabella.

4.2 Manual mode + thermostat / Modalità manuale + termostato

Air curtain works through R310E HMI and thermostat. Fan speed step and heating power stage

are manually selected.

La lama d’aria opera attraverso R310E e termostato. Gli step di velocità e di riscaldamento sono

impostati manualmente.

When the temperature set point is achieved, the heater is switched-off.

Quando il set point impostato sul termostato viene raggiunto, la batteria viene spenta.

When the temperature set point is not achieved, the heater is switched-on at manually selected

step.

Quando il set point impostato sul termostato non viene raggiunto, la batteria viene attivata allo

step impostato.

5. Protection against overheating / Protezione surriscaldamento

Thermal contact 60°C – automatic RESET

It stops electrical heating element when the temperature inside the unit is higher than 60°C.

Protezione termica 60°C – RESET automatico

Blocca la resistenza elettrica quando la temperatura interna è superiore a 60°C.

Thermal contact 80°C – manual RESET

It stops electrical heating element when the temperature inside the unit is higher than 80°C.

Protezione termica 80°C –RESET manuale

Blocca la resistenza elettrica quando la temperatura interna è superiore a 80°C.

Thermal contact 50°C (After-Run function) – automatic RESET

When the unit is switched-off, fans run at speed step 3 until the temperature falls below 50°C.

Protezione termica 50°C (funzionamento esteso) – RESET automatico

Quando la lama d’aria è spenta, i ventilatori funzionano allo step di velocità 3 nché la temperatura

scende sotto i 50°C.
