MOTORI " ISO 9001 - QS 9000

La

SOLÉ S.A. ha ottenuto e mantiene la

certificazione di azienda che opera in regime di

garanzia della qualità conformemente alle nor-

me UNI EN ISO 9001 ed alle ancora più severe

prescrizioni date dall'associazione dei costruttori

automobilistici Ford, Chrysler e General Motors

nel QS 9000 (Quality System Standard), per la

costruzione di motori Diesel. E’ il risultato di un

piano di lavoro che coinvolge tutti i livelli

aziendali.

La politica della qualità è componente essenziale

della strategia del management SOLÉ ed è imple-

mentata in tutte le funzioni aziendali in accordo

con sistemi di gestione della qualità riconosciuti a

livello internazionale. La soddisfazione del clien-

la construction de moteurs Diesel. Il s’agit du

résultat d’un plan de travail qui a englobé tous les

operatore si trovi in prossimità del motore prima di

attivarlo.

Il motore base può laborarse a temperature ambientali

da -18 ºC a +45 ºC.

L’opperattore addetto all’installazione ed alla

manutenzione del motore deve utilizzare

ABBIGLIAMENTO ADEGUATO all’ambiente di

lavoro ed alla situazione in cui si trova; in particolare

occorre evitare l’uso d’indumenti molto larghi, catene,

braccialetti, anelli o quat’altro abbia tendenza ad

impigliarsi con organi in movimento.

Le zone di stazionamento dell’operatore vanno

mantenute sempre sgombre e pulite da eventuali residui

oleosi, liquidi e solidi (truciolo metallico, ecc.).

Prima di iniziare il laboro l’operatore deve essere

perfettamente a conoscenza della posizione e del

funzionamento di tutti i comandi e delle caratteristiche

del motore; verificare quotidianamente tutti i dispositivi

di sicurezza presenti sul motore.

E’ assolutamente vietato compiere qualsiasi operazione

di manutenzione, regolazione o registrazione su organi

in moto;

prima di compiere una qualsiasi di queste operazioni

Der Motor - Basisversion kann bei

beauftragte Person muß eine für den Arbeitsplatz

geeignete, der jeweiligen Situationangemessene

KLEIDUNG tragen. Vor allem ist das Tragen von allzu

weiter Kleidung, von Halsketten, Armbändern Ringen

und allen sonstigen zum Verfangen an bewegten

Maschinenteilen neigenden Dingen zu vermeiden.

Der Bereich, in dem sich der Maschinenbediener

aufhält, mu immer frei gehalten und von eventuellen

ölartigen oder festen Rückständen gesäubert werden

(Eisenspäne, usw.).

Vor der Aufnahme der Arbeit hat sich der

Maschinenbediener eine perfekte Kenntnis der

Positionen und Funktionsweisen aller

Bedienungseinrichtungen sowie der sonstigen

Charakteristiken des Motors anzueignen. Kontrollieren

Sie die am Motor befindlichen Schutzeinrichtungen

täglich.

Es ist absolut verboten, irgendwelche Wartungs-,

Regulier- oder Einstellarbeiten an in Bewegung

3.2 RICEVIMENTO

Al ricevimento del motore accertarsi che l' imballo

non abbia subito danni durante il trasporto o che

non sia stato manomesso con conseguente

probabile asportazione di parti contenute all' interno

(vedi informazioni riportate sui coperchi, casse e

cartoni).

Portare il motore imballato il più vicino possibile al

luogo previsto per l' installazione e procedere al

disimballo avendo cura di verificare che la fornitura

corrisponda alle specifiche dell' ordine.

3.2 RECEPTION

A la réception du moteur, assurez-vous que, pendant

le transport, l’emballage n’ait pas été endommagé

ou ouvert ce qui pourrait avoir entraîné la disparition

de certaines pièces (Cf. information figurant sur les

couvercles, caisses et cartons).

Amenez le moteur emballé le plus près possible de

l’emplacement prévu pour l’installation et déballez-

le en prenant soin de vérifier que la fourniture

corresponde aux spécifications de la commande.

EN CAS DE DOMMAGES OU

AVISEZ-EN IMMEDIATEMENT

3.2 RECEIPT

When the engine is delivered make sure that the

packing has not been damaged during transport

and that it has not been tampered with or that

components inside the packing have been removed

(see information marked on covers, bases and

cartons).

Place the packed engine as close as possible to the

place of installation and remove the packing

material, checking that the goods supplied

correspond to the order specifications.

AND THE CARRIER

IMMEDIATELY AND FORWARD

PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF

THE DAMAGE.
